Worked well

Chick Advisor sent me this for free to try out. I only used one coat before applying CND nail polish and I think it worked pretty well , no chips and going three days strong !

Quick to dry and no harsh scent, would buy again, very happy to get this product !

Strong hold!

#gotitfree from @chickadvisor to review. First, I found this to be a thicker base coat. It provided a thicker base which in turn gave extra strength to the polish. It didn't chip. The scent wasn't the best but what polish ever is. Overall I'd buy again and recommend along with the other major brands.

Great base coat!

I tried the base coat and I loved it! I love the fact that it is not a transparent base coat, but instead is more of a beige colour. I find it makes the colour of your polish more vibrant and it allow hides a lot more easily any imperfection that would happen to be on the nail. It dried pretty quickly too and I will definitely be using it again.

Definitely Buying More

I tried this base coat with more than just the color I received, I tried the base coat with just about every polish I have and I absolutely love it. I have been looking for a good base coat that doesn't distort the color of my polish or bleed through and until now I haven't had any luck.

This base is amazing! I will absolutely be buying more just so I can use it every time I do my nails.

I received my CND CREATIVE PLAY Base Coat in the mail. My daughter and I gave it a try (manicures) and both really loved the product. we were impressed by it's quality

Wouldn’t pay for it

I received the CND™ Creative Play™ Base Coat as part of the ChickAdvisor review club. I was excited to try a new nail polish as I would consider myself a polish snob. If I’m not paying to have my nails done, I typically purchase the best of the best usually not thinking twice about spending $20+ on a bottle of polish.

Even if the Creative Play polishes were your standard pharmacy polish on sale for $2 I wouldn’t opt for it.

The base coat went on okay. Nothing special. The application brush is round not flat so it doesn’t go on the easiest. The smell is also absolutely horrible. It’s extremely toxic smelling and very strong. It dried in an okay time frame but above anything else the smell completely turned me off.

I would never purchase this product nor would I recommend it.

This base coat has a pink undertone to it, instead of transparent like others out there. I totally love it though it’s the best base coat I have used to date. Totallly made a lover out of me

A base with staying power

This CND creative play base coat is fantastic!! I love that is really smooths out the surface of the nail. If you have a lot of ridges on your nail bed, this base coat is for you!
I love how well this base coat is working to adhear my CND creative play polish to my nail. I am a hairstylist, which means, my hands and nails take a beating! They are in and out of hot water and chemicals all day long. My nails survived one full day without chipping yet, which rarely happens.
Pair this durable base coat with your favourite CND creative play polish for an all day chip resistant hold. Don't forget to finish off your manicure with CND creative play topcoat for that super shiny finish.

Great base coat for adhesion of color

I received this as part of the Chickadvisor Product Review Club

I used this base coat with the CND Creative play nail polish and top coat. I was really pleased the color only took one coat for full coverage. This base coat dried really fast so doing your nails is a breeze. The nail polish lasted 5 days with until a chip so really good lasting power. I would buy this base coat!

Beautiful color !

I love love love this color! I received the peony ride from chick advisor for free for testing purposes. I am so happy with it, I also received the base and top coat. Let's just say I have a new favorite nail polish combo
