Does the Job!

#gotitfree from Chick Advisor to test out. I received a CND Creative Play base coat, Royalista blue nail lacquer and top coat) to test out. The color of the basecoat threw me off, but it got the job done and dried fairly quickly.

Necessity

I have never used a base coat before but this was a positive experience. I painted my nails about a week and a half ago and I feel that this base coat has helped the polish stay in tact.

#Gotitfree I received these products for reviewing purposes. I don't usually use a base coat when I paint my nails. The base coat helped bring the colour out of the lacquer and it wasn't sticky and easy to apply.

Pretty normal Base coat, worked well

I received this CND creative play system (base, color and top coat) free from Chick Advisor in the color Crimson Like It's Hot for testing purposes #gotitfree.

I thought it was good for a base coat, but nothing special, seemed like it went on pretty easily and that it worked alright. I am not sure if I would replace my regular base coat with this.

I like the shape of the brush.

This base coat is great!

This base coat has a nude tone and goes on very nicely. It holds onto the polish so that it lasts longer but it also makes removing polish a lot easier. I found I only needed to use very little since it goes a long way. The bottle is fairly large and will last quite a long time. I would definitely purchase this in the future! #gotitfree #LoveCNDCreativePlay

Applied easily, dried quickly

I used the CND Creative Play Base Coat as part of a 3-part nail system. The base coat went on easily and dried quickly. Although it's not a "top coat colour", I'd consider wearing it as a nude colour polish.

#loveCDNCreativePlay #gotitfree this is a great base coat as a first step for just about any nail polish. It does the trick to prep your nails for nail colour. I wouldn't say that it stands out from other base coats but it still works as it should. My only complaint would be that it does go on a little thick, but worth giving it a try.

Holds the polish on

It’s not clear but it’s nice because it makes the color pop more , it does dry fast too , i like that the smell isn’t to over powerful.

After a couple days of wearing the polish it hardens

Good as part of system

I dont usually use base coats but was pleased with this one. Went on light/natural colour and the colour coat went on easily after. Could have gotten away with one colour coat, not sure if this had to do with base coat but overall the system was nice.

CND creative play base coat

A nice silly base coat, first time I've used a tinted base coat and it seemed to help the colour pop.
The smell was a little strong though.
Didn't take too long to dry which was nice
