Great colours, good finish. Application was pretty smooth, not gummy or clumping or runny. CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer lasted 8 days before chipping with no top coat, so that is pretty good. I found it a bit pricey so will look for it on sale.

The two CND creative play colours - cue the violets and crimson like it hot were easy to apply to nails and one was a shimmery deep blue-base royal purple and the other a deep ruby cherry red. Love the colours and am a big fan of CND shellac polish. These look like beautiful colours to wear for the fall season now.

I tried Cue the Violets and it's definitely a pop of colour! The polish is super shiney which I love! This colour needs 2 coats to be super opaque, but I'm really happy with it!

The base coat was my favourite part of the system it dryed quickly and looked good just on its own.
The polish went on nicely for the 1st coat it had good coverage and was not too thin. My complaint was the second coat did not go on as well. It felt a little too thick.
It did however dry quite quickly.
The top coat went on well but the true test will be how long it wears.

This was a nice line of nail polishes but I am faithful to my Jamberry nail wraps. The time consuming nature of waiting for your nails to dry alone is enough to deter me frkm repurchasing this. That being said, I was a dedicated nail polish user before Jamberry so I can give my review based on my experience with other lines.

The base coat was lovely. It went on smooth and dried quickly. It made my nails look shiny and healthy.

I did not like the lacquer at all. I found the texure of the lacquer itself to be thick and unforgiving when trying to apply it carefully (read: slowly). It was slightly chunky, I'm guessing because it was attempting to dry. However I found that it was streaky and almost clumpy. The red itself was pretty and universally flattering but I wouldn't repurchase based on this alone.

The top coat was nice but not exceptional compared to my favourite ever, Seche Vite Quick Dry Top Coat.

I tried the Crimson Like It Hot and it went on fairly smooth and dried quick! I was surprised that with its thick consistency it dried within 5 minutes. Not my colour, but i would try a different one!

I used the colour Crimson like it Hot. The brush with this brand is smaller than the usual nail polish brush. It takes some getting used to to figure out how much polish to keep on the brush for a smooth application. I used one coat and it was fairly opaque. It would take 2 coats for a full nail coverage.

This polish has a nice gloss. The top coat is very effective at keeping the polish on. They have a large variety of colours to choose from.

This is a really nice product line. The base coat dries fast; once the second hand is done, the first hand is ready to go. It a lot of the colours are opaque in 1-2 coats.
