CND nail and cuticle care pen

I have extremely dry cuticles caused by washing dishes and drying soaps at my work washroom. The problem gets worse in the winter. This product is great. It moistures and absorbs quickly. I was worried the oil would easily transfer but it does not. Looking forward to using this continuously for the next few weeks and through the winter. Liking the result already.
