I was really excited when ChickAdvisor sent me the free sample. Thanks ChickAdvisor! So I opened the package and tried on the new nail polish. It does what it says, almost. However, I really didn't like the color- it was a darkish brown. Would have loved a more vibrant color, but besides that the polish goes on smoothly as well as the top coat. As for being better, I feel it was the same as any other good quality nail paint.
I received this product free from the Chickadvisor Review Club. I was soo happy to get it as I LOVE nailpolish but I always get so frustrated with how it chips in a few days. This product boasted long wear so I was pumped. The colour I received was not the best (Clay Canyon), it was kind of a nude with a pinkish/brown hue. I followed the instructions for application entirely. The first problem I encountered is that the product gets dry and tacky quickly so getting it even was often difficult. It defintely did not last chip-free for the 7 days that they advertise. I had some small chips near the tip on the day after application but they didn't immediately turn into big chips. The third and fourth days brought bigger chips. The real test was the shower as that is usually where my nail polish will start to lift and peel off in big chunks. This polish did just that, like every other polish.
One of the only real positives about the product is that is dried very quick. Usually after painting my nails (even if it's hours before bed), I still wake up with hair mark indents on my nails. However, my nails were perfect the next morning. So it dries quick and the small chips didn't immediately turn to big chips. But on the whole, it is quite comparable to other nailpolishes on the market.
:-( I forgot to take a picture while it was still nice

I was quite excited to try out the CND Vinylux nail polish but went away pretty disappointed. I received the Clay Canyon colour which looked a bit odd as it looked like a not so vibrant coral. I did everything the instructions told me by cleaning my nails thoroughly before applying. I felt that the colour coat was pretty thin as the instructions asked for 2 applications but even after 2 applications, there were still parts where you could see my natural nail colour like it didn't want to stick. The top coat was shiny for about a day and then it started looking dull. The polish stayed on for about a week and then just peeled off in chunks. I could actually peel some of the polish off in one complete piece. Overall, I was hoping for so much more but it didn't meet my expectations.
I received this product through the Chick Advisor Product Review Club. And boy was I happy!
I have the VINYLUX Weekly Polish in a black-purple called Regally Yours #140. So impressed! I've applied the polish and top coat 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Bad news first: I didn't make it a full 7 days before the polish needed a change. And after 2 days the polish recedes or wears off from the very tips of the nails, but I'm the only one who will notice that because it's very slight. I did, however, get to 5 days easily at least twice, and the current application looks like it's going to make that again!
I was not gentle with my hands while trying out this polish. I washed the dishes an hour after application. I spray-painted old sap buckets to use as planters 2 hours after another application, then I put winter tires in the shed. I baked and decorated a cake 3 days in and nothing fell off into the icing (don't worry, the cake was for family). I even broke my thumb nail (not on purpose) and the polish didn't peel off or continue to chip. It's just there!
I found that the instructions to apply a thin layer were misleading. I tried that the first time and my polish looked a bit streaky (but did stay on). Next time around I applied the polish and top coat as I would any other polish, and it worked out much better. I even attempted to use my KONAD stamping nail art with this polish, and it worked! I love that this product is 7-free, I love how fast it dries (less than 5 minutes per coat), how durable it is, and how easy it is to apply. I'm already searching for salons in my area that sell it!
Removal: And my gentle Body Shop nail polish remover took the polish off with ease.
my 5 granddaughters and i had alot of fun testing this product. We painted our nails altering with other brand nail polish and CDN Vinylux weekly polish(one finger CDN,one finger other brand, etc.) After a full week, the CDN nail polish was still perfect, no chips and still shiny but the other brands the color was faded and in some cases almost all worned out. The CDN Vinylux polish and top coat dryed very fast and was easy to apply. I totally recommend this nail polish
i received CDN Vinylux nail polish and top coat for freefrom Chickadvisor to test and review
This nail polish line comes is many fabulous shades. It's fast drying and the top coat provides great shine. The formula doesn't have a harsh smell. However, I was surprised to find that that the weekly polish had chunky bits in the bottle. This made the application less smooth than I would have liked but overall, my nails still turned out nicely. I received the product free as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club but all opinions are my own.
For the CND Vinylux Weekly Polish & Top Coat, here are my thoughts :
* Advertised to last approx 7 days -- it only lasted about a couple of days and it started to chip on the edges for me. Mind you, I'm pretty rough with my hands, as I do freelance hairstyling, so I use bobby pins a lot, which tend to scratch the surface of the polish. Also, I wash dishes all the time. So chipping was expected.
* Advertised as fast drying -- YES! Absolutely quick drying. Not long after I did my nails, I was able to carry on with the rest of my day.
* Advertised as brilliant shine -- YES! Nice shine on my nails.
* Additional notes : I love that the product is 7-Free. Gives me more peace of mind using it. It also came off easily with regular polish remover. Colour I received was Crimson Sash #174, which was really nice and goes with a lot of my wardrobe. Perhaps I need to try and do slightly thicker coats next time for it to last slightly longer for me?

So I was given this product for free from ChickAdvisor to review. I didn't like the color all that much but the product is fairly decent! You need to be fairly good with nail polish in order to get the color evenly distributed because it was quite clumpy. It dried extremely fast though, which is awesome!! I only applied it today so I'm not sure how long it will last but we will see!
So i was given the opportunity to try and review the CND VINYLUX Weekly Polish. I received the color Impossibly Plush #123.
At first i was not overly happy with the color choice but once i put it on i FELL IN LOVE!!!
This polish is very easy to apply and the dry time is not too bad.
I took a few photos as the days went on to document the polish's daily wear.
This polish will hold up no problem 5 whole days....if you are not one to do much with your hands this will most defiantly hold up for 7 days.
I cannot wait to find more colors in this line!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was sent this product for free from chick advisor! I found it goes on pretty goopy.. kind of like the lid has been left off for a few days. It gives a very uneven look to the nails. BUT it did stay on/unchipped for about a week.
