    Horrible experience with a bag purchase!!!

    Oh no, why did not I read the reviews before the purchase? I totally second bad reviews! I bought the purse in August 2021, the clip broke several months after. I called the CC, they told me to mail the bag as they cannot mail me the part for some reason. So I mailed them the bag, sent the shipping receipt for reimbursement as requested. They never got back to me, only after several emails and a new complaint. And now they want to charge me 75 USD for a clip!!! No refund for my shipping either and the emailed me that they tried to call me - no missed calls, btw. When I called them, they told me that the bag has been shipped already as they did not hear from me what to do. And yes, credit card info on purchase cannot be accepted as a proof, so if you do decide to buy their low quality goods, keep the receipt as you will definitely need it! But better do not buy it - horrible quality, bad Customer service and high prices

    Very disappointed

    Bought a winter jacket for £1,000. When I finally got to wear it the zip got jammed. Took it to the store and they sent off for repair, told it was fixed and ready to collect. On collection I tried it and same problem with zip occurred, so they said we’ll send it off again. Turns out repair company were reluctant to do further repairs and was told nothing can be done and I can come and collect. Emailed head office and said that they should arrange a compromise for me as the jacket had a manufacturing fault. They refused, told me it was out of warranty and I no longer had receipt so they can’t do anything (perfect excuse). I told them that I wasn’t happy with their service as it was evident the jacket had not been worn and based on the fact that it had a manufacturing fault they should have honoured some level of exchange for me. Long story short, I told them I would not collect a faulty item and if they refuse to arrange something then they may as well put the jacket in the bin, where it belongs snd where the brand name “coach” belongs. They have lost a long and loyal customer, do they really care!!!!
