Only problem I had with this set is the size of it and the color appeal.. Most colors weren't what they were advertised.. A dark matt blue would appear glittery on the skin.. Nonetheless, if I was to go for a glitter look, I would 10/10 use this palette.

My best friend bought me this palette several years ago when I used to wear more colourful eye shadows. Even though my makeup tastes have matured, I still have this palette in my collection, as it does contain some neutral shades, but I don't find myself reaching for it the same way I did when I was younger.

As the name suggests, this palette contains 88 colours. Most of them are matte or demi-matte, but there are a few shimmers in here as well. You get everything from white to black, pinks and purples, blues and greens. The pans are on the small side, but chances are if you run out of a favourite shade, you'll find a similar one close by.

The pigmentation varies from fair to poor. The best pigmentation comes from the very bright and the very dark shades, which is fairly typical. The very pale shades, such as the whites, creams, and very pale beiges, are pretty well non-existent. Every single shade in here is very dry and dusty, because the quality isn't as good as a higher end brand. Because of this, I find that you're much more likely to experience both fading and fallout -- with or without a base -- than if you spent more money on something of better quality.

Having said that, these shadows are not impossible to use, and you can definitely create some decent looks with them. I think a palette like this is good for someone who is just starting out with makeup and/or doesn't have the money to spend on something else. These still have a lot of value, in that respect, and I would certainly recommend them for just that purpose. If, however, you can save up your money, it's worth spending it on shadows that are of a higher quality than these. Perhaps make your own Z palette.

I love the colours in this palette! So many to choose from. The shadows are pigmented and easy to blend. Good quality for the price. I bought another palette from coastal scents which includes four blushes! love them!

i got this for a christmas present last year and i love it because there are so many colours and it goes well with a lot of outfits! the colour generally lasts long although you may need to layer it for a more dramatic look. good quality and absolutely would recommend it though!

Very nice range of colors, and has great pigmentation! I really enjoy the fact that a mirror is built into the palette in case I am travelling and need to use it. As far as wearability, I don't feel like the shadow lasts as long as some others but still does nicely.

For someone that is new in makeup I recommended purchasing this palette. You can create so many looks with all the colours, Make sure to wear these eyeshadows with a primer.

This is an awesome palette to have. There are many colors that are nuetral and useable for everyday life but there are also those that i can never see myself wearing. Its actually nice to have these colors in such a large palette because there might be that one occasion that you need this insane color but who wants to go out and buy a big shadow of a color that they will never use again? Not me thats for sure!

The shadows go on very nicely and im happy with my purchase. The only downside i have to say about these shadows is that they have a strange smell to them which bothers me when i first apply them but that goes away within a few minutes so i can deal with it.

The eyeshadow can be either have fallout or not show up at all. The dark colors are really pigmented but the light are faint and by the end of the day aren't even there. Eye primer helps with the coloring. The price is good for the amount you get. This would be a great stating off palette.

I have the mixed palette, with mostly shimmer and some matte. It's a good product to mess around with and to try out new ideas and crazy color looks. However, there is a small number of colors to use on a daily bases for basic looks. The most used colors in my palette are a nude/beige color on the very left as a concealer, gold in the second column, browns and silvers in the last two columns. This is good for fun and if you like wearing crazy colors.

So I finally bought myself a Cosatal Scents 88 eyeshadow palette. I have seen so many reviews and videos on youtube all saying how good this product was so I decided to see for myself.

First of all I purchased this on Amazon with free shipping so I paid less than $20 for it. I purchased the 88 matte palette simply because I was afraid the Ultra shimmer palette would be too shimmery.

I received it about a week after my prder date and was very pleased that it was carefully packaged and none of the shadows were broken.

The palette not only has shimmery colors but it also has some satin finish colors.

Now to the most important thing: Are they good eyeshadows?

Well some of them are. I found that the ligher colors like the browns dont show up on my skin color. But the bright and darker colors are of good quality and great pigmentation. They are also very blendable and last well throughout the day.

If you are looking for nice pigmented colors this is the product for you. Not so much for the light colors.
