Poor customer service
We are paying for the best fastest internet available and it cuts out all the time. Sometimes we can’t load Netflix. It will not reach our bedrooms. The service from the road to the house via wire got severed in the wind and it took ten days to come fix it. This meant no service of tv, phone and internet. How in the heck is that possible. I live in a small town so we are very limited to what is available and the other option is bell which sadly is worse.
