The coding robot

My kids love playing with the coji robot. It’s a pretty effective tool for teaching coding, using a play based method. It connects to an app that you can download for free on your tablet or phone. We used it on our iPad, I’m not sure if there is an android app for it, there probably is. It interacts with the user through emojis, that are displayed on coji’s screen face. The kids can also use the app to play coding games, which is what my kids mainly use it for. The only downside I see to it is that the app seems a bit outdated in that the screen is very pixelated, I’m not sure if that was the intent but it’s a bit off a drawback in my opinion, however, it is a good STEM toy for teaching coding to young kids.
