Not for dark hair

There aren't many dry shampoos that don't leave any white residue, so that didn't deter me at first. However, even after letting it dry and then rubbing it into my hair/scalp, it still left a noticeable white/grey-cast in my black hair.

This does add some volume to my medium/thick hair, but I feel that's obtained by all the residue/product you feel in your hair. It makes me feel like my hair is really dirty and I can't run my fingers through my hair as easily as some other dry shampoos in the market.

Finally a dry shampoo that works... Sort of

Got this product in a grab bag at the cinq a Sept event. I have thin straight hair that starts to look oily 30hours after I shampoo it. I've tried numerous other dry shampoos and they only make my hair look worse, so I had little faith when I tried this one. I was impressed with how it worked. My hair didn't look like I'd freshly blow dried it but it did take away the sheen and it did add volume. I think the volume helped make it look more like clean hair compared to the other dry shampoos I've tried where my hair still looks flat and dirty.
Now for the downside... While my hair looked ok.. It felt disgusting. Maybe that's just the way it goes with dry shampoo, but my hair felt heavy and left residue on my fingers when I touched it. I also had sunglasses on my head and it made a squeaking sound when rubbing against my hair. A strange phenomenon like my hair was crying and asking to just be washed instead.
As far as dry shampoos go, this is the best one I've tried. But it's no miracle. Good for in a pinch, but definitely not a replacement for a good wash.

What a mess

I am a huge fan of dry shampoo but this bad boy left me looking like a grey haired baby and I’m not old enough for that. Even after shaking it around there were spots that stayed grey. I didn’t mind the scent and the packaging is super nice. I got this in my chick advisor Cinq a Sept goodie bag. I don’t know that I would get this specific dry shampoo again.

I will never purchase this product ever.

This was not a good product for my particular hair type. It did not live up to the expectations I had for it. I will not be recommending this product but thank you for letting me try. #chick advisor rules#
