If you take the product as soon as you feel the cold coming is, is definately lessens the symptoms and duration of your cold....but if you take it after the colds started it really doesn't do that much.

I took this product at the start of a cold, and knock on wood, it has worked wonderfully. I started to get the tickle in the throat, the runny nose, etc. and decided to give this a try. So far so good. I'm quite impressed and will recommend this to anyone.

This is definitely worth looking into as preventative medicine...with our climate, this product is a must!! :D
