Was great, at first

I have always used the same Crest whitening toothpaste for as long as I can remember my sister suggested I try this one, and it opened my eyes to a whole category of new kinds of toothpaste I had no idea that charcoal was a thing! So I tried it, and it was cool at first but the novelty wore off after a while I didn’t notice any positive effects on my teeth, and the taste is much more mild than I like.

Highly recommend this product to anyone that’s looking for a new whitening toothpaste. The charcoal helps to whiten stained teeth and leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh

Disappointed

I was really excited to try this toothpaste it’s the first charcoal one I have tried. Sadly based off this experience I’m not sure I’ll bother trying another my previous whitening toothpaste was more effective and had a better taste I found this one lacking in all areas.
Sad because I really wanted to like it

Noticed a difference

Would recommend using this toothpaste as it actually works well, I’ve noticed an improvement in the shade of my teeth and they are whiter and cleaner.

Love this product!

Thought I’d give it a try, and I was not disappointed. The charcoal toothpaste has been most effective for whitening my teeth, even more than an actual whitening toothpaste. Will definitely buy again!

Great attempt but falls short

I have been using actual charcoal toothpaste and when I ran out I bought this with the brush to test out. I found it less evective then my original and often ended up brushing my teeth again with a different toothpaste.

Get whiter teeth in just a few days

I was a bit apprehensive to buy Colgate’s new charcoal toothpaste because of all the debates surrounding charcoal toothpaste and the breaking down of enamel. However, I have experienced no added sensitivity or any other negative effects. In fact, I had whiter teeth in just a few uses and it leaves my mouth and breath fresh after every use.

Great taste, clean feeling!

I bought this tooth paste to test it out since it's new and I'm glad I got it to try! It's a mild mint taste and it's not overbearing. The charcoal helps whiten your teeth along the way instead of using other alternatives!

Colgaterrific

I got this for free. And it’s a good product. I know the great benefits of charcoal, so surely this is amazing for our mouth. The minty flavour is just right and my teeth is really clean after every brush. I’m still waiting for the big transformation in the long run.

Colgate Essentials Toothpaste with Charcoal

I was really surprised at how clean my mouth felt after brushing once with Colgate Essentials Toothpaste with Charcoal. It was noticeably cleaner and the freshness carried on for most of the morning, even with me drinking coffee!

This is okay I guess. I haven't used it long enough to comment on the whitening part of the paste.
Nice flavor not a lot of charcoal though.
