Okay
I was excited to receive this #FreeProduct and was looking forward to using it. First, I do like the soft bristles and the rubber polishing cup. Secondly, I liked that it had a 2 minute timer and that you were able to choose between 2 modes. However, I didn’t really feel the vibration made any difference in how my teeth were brushed and would sometimes just use it as a regular toothbrush. I didn’t love that it was battery operated because it means changing the batteries pretty frequently. Overall, it was an okay product but I don’t think I would purchase it again.
Room for improvement
This toothbrush is powered by two AAA batteries and was provided in the package. The brush is extra soft but the brush head is too big for my liking. I think it’s difficult for the bristles to make contact with hard to reach areas. The two minute timer and the ability to turn off before the two minute mark are nice but it would be even better if it pulsed at the one minute mark. I don’t use electric toothbrush normally so I can’t compare to other similar products. However, switching from a manual toothbrush, I do think you need time to get use to this one. I found the vibration was too strong and hurts my teeth. I’m worried that I might be pressing too hard against my teeth but at the same time I felt like it was not making any contact with some parts of my teeth due to the size of the brush. I tried manually brushing my teeth with it and the bristles felt so comfortable and soft that it felt like it was able to make contact with the areas that felt like it wasn’t when it was on electric mode. So, I’m not sure if this toothbrush is actually cleaning my teeth well enough and if I’m brushing too hard with it and ruining my enamels. Otherwise, this is a nice toothbrush especially it’s not expensive and great for when I feel lazy brushing with manual toothbrush. I also love the rubber side of the toothbrush - it’s quite comfortable brushing my tongue with it. I received this toothbrush for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
Not as expected
This toothbrush is better than I expected. I love the 2 minute timer feature and the 2 modes of vibration. It cleaned better than I expected it too. I love the look of the toothbrush as well.
Résultats mitigés
Beau produit mais je doute de son efficacité. Il faut prendre et avoir du temps. Ne convient pas aux enfants! Je doute de l'efficacité à long terme. À voir!
It’s okay
I can honestly say that this toothbrush wasn’t the greatest but it did its job. I didn’t see any difference between my manual toothbrush vs this one that uses batteries, I will say that I do like that the heads are replaceable and the timer that is set to 2 minutes and I’m greatful to be able to test this okay.
Nice, Lightweight Powered Toothbrush
I received a Colgate Optic White, Pro Series, battery-operated toothbrush to try and have been using it for two weeks now. The brush is surprisingly lightweight and is comfortable to hold and use. The 2, triple A batteries needed to operate the toothbrush come with it and are easily installed in the base of the toothbrush. The batteries and mechanics of the toothbrush are protected from water with a rubber O-ring. While the brush bristles are very soft, they do a decent job cleaning your teeth and gums during the brush's two-minute timer. There is also a tongue cleaner on the head, which is nice. There are a couple of hesitations with this product though. The head is long and narrow, not a nice round toothbrush head, which makes it a bit more difficult to clean teeth at the back of you mouth effectively. Also, the toothbrush vibrations are really soft and gentle; it is likely doing a fine job but it feels like you need to press down and help the brush work when your using it. Lastly, while the toothbrush head is supposed to be replaceable, I have not been able to find any local stores carrying replacement heads, which concerns me (of course this can change quickly too)! All in all a decent toothbrush that is amazingly lightweight for what it does!
