    Whitening for sensitive teeth

Having sensitive teeth, I am always careful when choosing a whitening toothpaste. This one is safe when it comes to worsening sensitivity, and it helps with making teeth visibly whiter. I am definitely going to repurchase Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief in the future.

Not the best taste, but otherwise impressive.

I'm pretty impressed with this toothpaste, after only a week. I've previously switched from my regular brand and the sensitivity came back. With the Colgate Smart White, I was expecting similar results, but my sensitivity never troubled me while using it. On top of that, I really like that it helps repair over time and while it's something I can't test, my usual brand doesn't do this.

The pictures don't show a drastic difference, which is surprising to me, as I definitely noticed my teeth seemed whiter (though lighting can interfere with pictures, so maybe it's that) and had a better tone. My teeth tend to stain at the edges first and since I drink a lot of tea, I definitely get stains over time, but I feel like this lifted my teeth at least a shade in such a short time.

My teeth also felt clean and comfortable, no weird film or anything else. The taste isn't the best and I removed a star for that, but I can understand it. Any toothpaste I've tried with repairing elements, always tastes pretty bad and this one is actually bearable. It's mostly minty, with that slight bitter sort of 'baking soda' taste coming through as well, but after a few days I didn't even notice it anymore. I'm used to the fancier toothpastes tasting worse, so this is one of the better tasting 'repair' toothpastes I've used.

I found it foamed up a bit much when using a manual toothbrush as well, though I didn't have this issue when using a sonic brush (surprisingly). I'd definitely use this again as my teeth look whiter to me and I haven't had any sensitivity problems since I started using it.

    It's okay

I tend to be a sensodyne user, but if this is on sale I'll get it instead. it's fine. It does the job. If you're not careful the cap will close on the toothpaste and make a mess

    Very nice

I originally received this for review (link: http://www.mamaandthecity.com/2013/11/review-colgate-sensitive-pro-relief.html) since I was a Sensodyne costumer. The whole family uses Sensitive line so when trying the Colgate one I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I liked the fresh mint flavour. This toothpaste made my teeth super clean and smooth. It really sudsed up and was a little messy, so I used a little less next time. I would recommend this product for a great clean. (I received this product for testing purposes)
