Although this isn't my go-to toothpaste, it's still a good one . Colgate total does everything you you would want a toothpaste to do . It cleans your teeth, and leaves a minty fresh taste in your mouth .

Don't mind the taste - quite refreshing. As far as the whitening properties...Used the whole tube & really didn't see much of a difference at all from start to finish. Not a coffee drinker & only 1 green tea a day (rest of the time it's water I drink) so I am not ingesting much in the way of food/drink that would cause staining to my teeth.

I like the minty flavour of the product and the aftertaste. It's good for the price and I would definitely keep on using it. I like the small tubed best and that it is white, so doesn't leave colored residue in the sink.
