An Ontario cider that is lower in sugar.

I had searched out this particular cider because I had read about it on the LCBO website; it is ranked as the lowest sugar cider available in Ontario. I love cider but hate how much sugar there is in the majority of them. Local Press is definitely drier than the average cider and it's just so good! It is made with Idared, Empire, Spartan and Royal Gala apples and it really tastes like apples - crisp, fresh and just sweet enough. I love a traditional Irish cider (Magner's is one of my favourites) but this one is up there for sure, especially since it is made a lot closer to home! I look forward to trying the Apple and Cherry cider as well.
