Interesting flavour

This beer is made right in Hamilton and had a collaboration with Monster Donut (local donut maker). Aroma- raspberry fruity aroma with an indistinguishably identifiable hop presence.
Appearance - Hazy purple/red colour, opaque. Very low white head, no retention, no lacing
Mouthfeel- thin-medium body with moderate carbonation. Slight slickness in mouthfeel
Taste- Bitter raspberry with dry tart finish. lacking habinero pepper sensation or flavour
Overall- Tart, dry for a milkshake. great mouthfeel. Flavour of tart fruit and bitterness is out of balance.
