To much fall out

When you see the name colour-pop you automatically think great product that's what I thought when I bought color pops Golden State of Mind eyeshadow palette the first use I noticed that they weren't very pigmented as well as the fall out with them was really bad I even tried wetting it down to see The Fallout would be less but nothing I'm not wanting to recommend this product to anybody just due to the amount of product you're losing with all the Fallout as well as your ruining your makeup look with this palette
