Relaxing!!

I received this as a birthday gift and I couldn’t be more happy with it. It is a relaxing past-time after a stressful day. It also has blank spaces where you can doodle your own designs which is an amazing creative outlet for those who like to draw. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an adult colouring book.

I used to love colouring as a child, and recently discovered this adult colouring book! I was super excited about it and now I can’t go a day without wanting to colour. I love to color, and it's very relaxing. It allows you to be creative. It's a cheap hobby, and anyone can do it. You can find the coloring books just about any store at great prices.

Destressing

I fell back in love with coloring a couple of years ago.
I have purchased a few books since, lots of pencil crayons, gel pens and even some chalk to add shading. I find it extremely therapeutic and calming. After a stressful day it was nice to sit down and color, get lost in my thoughts and forget for awhile.

At one point there was a group of about 6-8 of us that would try and meet every other week on Thursdays, we would bring our books and color, chat, vent and just get out of the house, away from our lives for a few hours.

I also bought the Secret Garden book and passed it around to fellow women, each was to color a page and sign their name and leave either a quote or a piece of life advise for the next woman. I still have the book, it's not finished yet, which reminds me to bring it back out and pass it around some more. :)

CALMING

After a long day, sometimes I find myself unable to unwind from a stressful day at work. The solution? Adult colouring books. I try to use sharpies (although expensive) they give the best ability and colour aside from pencil crayons. Available in all sorts, they're definitely worth the effort! you can even frame them in dollar store frames and become an artist! lol

Fun

It will help you calm the f down. The book is awesome. It has one image per page, not front and back, so no worries about markers bleeding thru and ruining another image. I love that there are a couple of pages at the front to test your colors on. The book has awesome images and sayings. The images vary significantly so there really is something for everyone.

Stress Relief

I had many doubts prior to purchasing the colouring book but had read many positive reviews about it. I loved the designs in the books and have found it helped calm me down when nervous, stressed, fidgeting or my anxiety spiked.

I was a critic

I did not think these had any benefit , expect to entice people to buy more unneeded things. The pages seemed complex - but that actually enhanced the complexity of the colouring. It is calming.

Love these!

Adult colouring books are a new trend which I really like. I have always been guilty of taking my little sisters colouring books and colouring in them when I am relaxing and want something to keep me busy. The new adult colouring books are more complex and have very nice pictures in them. I love that some of the pictures are so detailed. You can find them at Walmart, Chapters and a lot of other stores. They can be quite pricey but they will last a little while once you buy them.

Relaxation through coloring.

I honestly enjoyed coloring before it was a fad. When my son was a little boy I used to enjoy sitting down with him to color or draw. When they came out with the adult coloring books i thought it was greatalthough I honestly didn't mind color in in the kids coloring books either. I color while I watch T.V or listen to music and i feel so relaxed. The designs are so small, detailed and intricate that all my focus is on staying inside the lines and what colors i want to use. I have a variety of adult coloring books i picked up from winners and on occasion I Wil get out my pencil crayons and color away.
