I LOVE Adult colouring books!!!
I currently have 4. They help keep my brain busy and keep my creative side satisfied.
If you struggle with brain chatter related to a mental illness i highly recommend picking one up and giving it a try.

loved to color as a child and to see that there is an adult version its just amazing. the biggest thing I find about coloring as an adult now is that its so calming.

I'm on the new colouring book craze!!! I love colouring my whole childhood and all of a sudden there is a "adult" coloring book YESSS! I purchased a few books from Costco and chapters/indigo and love the quality of the books! I usually color hard and when I do the picture on the other side is all ruined but the book as great quality paper so it's perfect for people who press hard.

Received this as a christmas gift this year and I enjoyed it for a while. The book contains alot of pictures to keeo you busy but all the pictures are very detailed so you do need alot of patience. I liked the book but I wouldnt buy it again as I found it too repetitive.

I am absolutely in love with these! I find them very relaxing and a great de-stresser. Love the variety of beautiful designs to choose from. My 10 year old daughter also enjoys colouring them.

I bought this for my boyfriend for christmas and we both love it! it's an awesome stress reliever and a great distraction tool. I struggle with depression and anxiety and i find this incredibly relaxing.

there are several different manufacturers for adult coloring books which have been launched on the market with amazing popularity. despite the cost it is well worth the money because there are so many pages and so you get a great bang for your buck. my sister-in-law gave me one at Christmas which had objects hidden in the drawings which I quite enjoy...who doesn't like a search and find right? I prefer to use transparent ink pens for my coloring because then the marker will not bleed through the paper. fond memories of coloring as a child come flooding in and I derive a sense of peace while doing them.

i love every book that they make.
i wish my pockets went a little deeper and i would have the whole collection.
they have so many different style of books you can color.

they have animals
they have swirls and things
flowers and shapes
mandala , paisley etc

you could color them for hours and forget the world

please make more hehe

I love taking time in the evening to color in my coloring book. The designs are cheerful and I find the process of coloring very relaxing. It takes longer than I expected to complete a page, so the book lasts quite some time.
