I LOVE adult coloring books, I purchased one last year and fell in love. I use it when I am stressed, want to relax or even go to sleep. I find that the coloring helps me get tired a lot faster.

Coloring is a nice way to kill time while calming the mind and zoning out. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I complete a page. Would recommend using pencil crayons over felt tip markers.

I am so glad this is a trend. How can it ever be bad to express yourself with creativity? This is a great, easy way to keep yourself entertained. I love adult coloring books!

OK some people may think it's weird for adults to color, but my good friend does it to relax and just have fun,she enjoys the delicate detail in her coloring and says when you color you don't think of anything else except staying in the lines ,so I'm interested in trying it myself

I have anxiety and these books really help me to feel like I'm in control. I just love the calming effect of coloring, and these books are really just a step up from the ones I had as a kid. I just got one for my birthday, and I can't wait to use it!

I honestly love these books. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, and they make them filled with intricate details so you really have to concentrate and kind of get lost in them.

I got into these cooks in the summer when I can home from a momth long trip. I love taking this on my balcony with a drink and just colour. It's a nice relaxing time

Art is relaxing. Coloring is art just like seeing or knitting. I color with my kids and sometimes it's nice to have a more 'grown up' book to use. I share if they want a page of course. Dollys gramma - don't knock it till you've tried it or walked a mile in someone else's shoes!

I find coloring very relaxing and a great way to reduce stress if its good for kids then what can it hurt let your inner child out and plsy

I really love this idea a #Colouring (book for adults) . Who does not love to color ? It sound like such a fun way to relax, be creative and just have fun. Using bright and cheery colors. If they turn out nice you can always frame them to accent any room in your home. Great Idea. I love it !!!
