Pretty good

I bought this cookie mix and got it for $1.50 at the bulk barn. It mixed well and all you need to make it is to preheat the oven to 350 .f and all you need to mix is 2 cups of the mix, 1/2 cup melted butter,and 1 beaten egg. Then bake for 12-14 minutes. They are really soft and chewy . The have a weird smell to them though(it must be one of the ingredients) . It s not bad since I felt fine after eating a few. They also taste normal!!!!

I purchased the cookie mix as it was on sale and there is a girl in our church that is on a gluten-free diet. I figured it was the perfect way to test it out. The recipe was easy to follow, as it only requires melted margarine and 1 egg as additional ingredients.
I would suggest that the prepared dough be used all at once otherwise it starts to dry out fairly quick. My two young children enjoyed these cookies, however I found the texture to be a bit off-putting.
