I like to use these mushrooms when I am making pasta sauce and stews, I prefer these to fresh mushrooms because those go bad so quickly.

I also like to fry these up with onions for when I'm having a BBQ, really good on top of a steak. These also are very cheap at $1.00 so I keep a few cans in my pantry at all times.
