Suits Me Just Fine

I usually always buy red cohoe brand name canned salmon, but since I am really trying toget more from my budget I chose to buy this pink can. Yes, there is a significant difference in the taste but it's not distasteful at all. I will buy this from now on for economical reasons and make my salmon casseroles,patties,and the odd sandwich.

This makes a great salmon sandwich with lettuce. I use two cans of it to make a really nice salmon casserole. Sometimes I use a can to make salmon croquettes.I like the taste of it.
