Whole Grains With Pinch Of Sweetness

When I saw this cereal, I just had to try it. I was also tempted to try it after hearing such great things about it from my little sister. Once I tried it for myself, however, I was disappointed. With that said, I have heard great things, so it may just be my taste preference.

I expected this cereal to taste sweet like chocolate chip cookies, but I found it very plain tasting. The mini chocolate chips hardly added a chocolate taste. There was only a pinch of sweetness in each mini cookie, otherwise it tasted like whole grains. I tried this cereal dry (before adding the milk) and with milk. I found it to be a bit better with milk, preferably the longer I let the milk soak it, but I still found the taste underwhelming.Without milk, I found it a bit dry.
