I love Cookina. My boyfriend one day insisted I buy it because I go through so much parchment paper, tinfoil, etc. And as he knows I try to be earth-friendly, less waste, etc. So I decided to give it a go! And wow! I find it works better than most parchment and it is reusable! I love the fact I don't have to waste and throw out so much stuff just to get the desired baking/cooking that I need. It's easy to clean and use. It has a little ring that you can roll it up and store it easily. Definite must in my house now!

I do a lot of cooking and baking and these reusable parchment are a lifesaver. Just do a quick wash with soap and water before your first use and they're easy to clean and store. I've bought back-up's for when I've used them to their fullest. Would certainly buy again.

Cookina Parchminum is a great replacement to parchment paper it cooks like a dream and cleans up easily . I have a few of them we have one in our tent trailer in the oven and one for the BBQ. 2 at home make baking easy too. try it out.

This is a baking sheet that is supposed to replace aluminium or parchment paper. It is silver in colour and a bit thicker than aluminium. The size is 30cmx40cm (11x16in).

I wastefully use aluminium foil on top of a regular baking tray when baking fish or wings in the oven. This thing did the job with much less oil used, and cleaned so much easier. It comes with a ring to be stored neatly after each use, as well as a plastic scrubbing pad.

I get a bit concerned about what these "magical" things are made of so i researched a bit; it's essentially teflon. So if you're not paranoid about cooking on teflon, it's a useful thing to have around the house. Not to be heated to >550F (288C) because it releases toxic fumes past that point.

It is not supposed to used bent or folded, only flat lying.
We got it at metro, it was on sale for 1/2 price, normally retails for about $10.
