The Cosco playards are a lifesaver. I bought this one at Walmart and it folds easily and has wheels on the bottom if you need to move it. It's great.

Playard comes with a top bassinet, which I use daily as a playpen thats easier to put the baby down and pick him up! Playpen itself is easy to assemble and pack up too.
