Great value cheese

This is a staple purchase for us. It is a great cheese and amazing value. It last a while too as it is larger than regular blocks from the grocery store

I buy Costco marbled cheese brick because it is a good value. The cheese is made with quality ingredients and is sometimes on sale. I shred it to put on tacos or slice it to serve with crackers as a snack.
