This isnt bad toilet paper but it is not high end quality by any means, its average. it tears apart quite easily and there are MANY softer toilet paper on the market that dont put so much emphasis on 'softness' as cottonelle does so i was surprised with this one did not meet expectations. this is decent TP but dont except high end quality. look for Charmin products!

This bathroom tissue is actually quite good. It is soft,although there are others that are about the same on the market. My only concern with it is being actually too thick as i have 2 kids who usually use way more tissue than is needed,and that coupled with the thickness is probably going to sway me not to purchase it. It worked well, soft, the large rolls still fit on the holders no problem and I think the price is average for this more premium product. I think most people would be pleased with this product, with the exception of parents of small kids.

So, not unlike some of the other testers, I wasn't very thrilled with this bathroom tissue. I am a die-hard Charmin Extra-Soft fan and knew I couldn't be easily swayed. As is the case with most toilet papers, I found this one to tear easily and worst of all, not be very absorbant. I would have to say that the thickness and softness definitely compares to my usual brand but, maybe due to the way the weave is of the Cottonelle, it doesn't even come close to beating the Charmin in effectiveness. I also found I would use more of the Cottonelle when I went compared to only a few sheets of my usual kind. I would not buy this brand, on sale or otherwise, and definitely won't be recommending it to any family or friends. Save your money and go for something else.

I only buy high end toilet paper and I feel like this one doesn't compare. This is an average toilet paper. There are much nicer, plusher toilet papers on the market that I wouldn't buy this one unless it was the only one on sale. It doesn't have the quality that I am looking for in toilet paper.

y family and I tested this product as part of the product review club this week and it was not great. We didn't like that it wasn't as soft as our usual brand. The thickness is ok but not really necessary. It's a very average toilet paper--better than what you find in a public washroom but if softness is important to you this is not for you.

While the tissue is extremely soft and durable, like another reviewer, I found it to be more akin to a paper towel. However, in my case, not in a good way. It's just too thick for me. I liked that it didn't "dust" or leave behind any "clingons", but in the end the thickness was the deal breaker.

In any case, I would recommend it to others, because some may enjoy this bathroom tissue immensly as evidenced by the majority of the current reviews.

Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue arrived via UPS this week and I immediately switched the brand that I was currently using in the bathroom (Charmin). While the Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom tissue feels soft and is strong I don't see myself purchasing this in the future. The Charmin I was using certainly out beat Cottonelle with the soft factor and the texture feels better. Something was off with the texture of the Cottonelle Ultra tissue. I would buy this if it was on sale otherwise, I'd pass and purchase a different brand of Cottonelle or bathroom tissue all together!
