Received a sample package as part of the Product Review Club and was impressed.
It is a slightly lighter weight than the quilted brand I normally use, but still soft and it didn't shred which is a major factor to me.

I would definitely use the product again, but in the future I would prefer a double-sized roll with more sheets on it.

I received my Cottonelle Ultra bathroom tissue early last week as part of the PRC. My usual brand of toilet paper is Cashmere or Charmin. I was very impressed with the Cottonelle Ultra. It tends to be a little more pricey than other toilet papers, however pretty comparable to Charmin. The ridges made for a very effective bathroom experience - extremely soft and sturdy - and I found myself using much less toilet paper than usual as it's very absorbant. Another thing that can bother me with a soft brand is the fact that it can leave some of the tissue behind, and again I was happy to see that it wasn't a problem while using Cottonelle Ultra.

I would definately recommend this product to anyone that wants the better than average experience with their toilet paper. Yes I know it's a little more pricey, but for me so worth it as I want softness, sturdy and absorbent, which means I use less of the tissue paper. I would definately consider making this my everyday choice!

I was excited to receive the Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue through the product review club. I normally buy the cheapest toilet paper at the grocery store and thought this would be a nice treat. It was! I found the Cottonelle Ultra to be more absorbent than other brands. Each sheet of tissue paper is quite thick, which makes it feel more like paper towel than tissue in your hand. This I liked, as it felt more luxurious in comparison to the cheap stuff. For both of these reasons it wasn't necessary to use as much toilet paper as I normally would. But, I didn't feel a significant difference when actually using the toilet paper in terms of softness and so am not convinced that its worth the higher price point. It's toilet tissue that I might once in a while but definitely not a regular basis.

At first I was a bit skeptical about reviewing toilet paper but now I'm really glad that I was given the opportunity because I love Cottonelle's Ultra Bathroom Tissue! I was amazed by how much more comfortable it is to use. With my first use I unrolled the amount that I would normally use of my regular brand (Majesta) and I was surprised that I had to actually put some back! I thought the quality was excellent. I wouldn't switch full time from my regular brand due to the cost but when it goes on sale or I receive coupons I will definitely use it. I realize I'm using less product than my regular brand but it's still more expensive. A terrific product that I would highly recommend to friends/family and will use myself in the future. Thanks Product Review Club for introducing me to another great product!

My family really love it! I tried different brand of bathroom tissues one is soft, but not strong enough, another is not absorbent enough,... I couldn't find "the one" that has it all. Now I discover Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue and I am impressed.
I noticed more absorbency and less tissues needed. It is not too soft or rough and it doesn't leave a residue like most tissues does.
The only disappointment is price, I think is too high. I am going to buy more, when it's gona be on sale.
I highly recommend Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue, especially if you have small kids it could make you life a little bit easier!

I received a sample of the Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue from the Product Review Club. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. At first I expected just another tissue claiming to be soft. I found that this tissue was actually extremely soft and had some substance to it. Not only was it very soft but it also had extreme absorbing abilities and therefore I needed to use a fraction of the amount that I would use with another bathroom tissue. I also found that it didn't leave nearly as many as those little pieces behind which i've never experienced before. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised by this product and I did consider it to be different then a lot of the other bathroom tissues on the market. I was in Shoppers Drugmart on the weekend and I noticed this was on sale so I quickly grabbed a package. I will definitely recommend this product to others.

One of the things that bug me about "soft" brand toilet paper is that it can be "dusty", toilet paper dust is what I call it. If you hit the roll you can see it, so that's the first thing I did. I was happy to see no toilet paper dust, but it still felt very soft. The ridges made for a very effective bathroom experience and I found myself using much less toilet paper than usual. Me and my boyfriend were really happy with it, it was soft and sturdy at the same time.

If it was a little less expensive I would definitely change brands, I will keep my eyes open for when it goes on sale and will definitely stock up. Cottonelle Ultra is something I would recommend to people.

As awkward as it might seem to have to write about toilet tissue, the truth of the matter is that everyone needs it and uses it. The Cottonelle Ultra Bathroom Tissue is an excellent product and one I'll continue to use. It's different from other bathroom tissue because it's a thick single-ply with a unique quilting that offers the perfect balance of strength and softness. It's a clean, comfortable experience every time!

I am extremely picky when it comes to toilet paper as feeling fresh at all times, even after a visit to the bathroom is a huge priority with me. This is why I choose my toilet paper very carefully and NEVER base my choice on price only.

I was lucky enough to be chosen to review this product and as soon as I received it, I switched brands. In fact, I actually compared the two brands (Royale). It was immediately obvious to me that the Cottonelle Ultra brand was much thicker, but would it really be much softer?

I had the opportunity to find out and I can in fact say that this is the softest toilet paper I have ever used. Because of the quality, I did not have to use alot, which was a great start. I felt fresh and clean after using it, but I have to admit that I was worried because of the thickness - as I worried that it might clog my toilet which is kind of old and tends to clog up easily. Fortunately, as soon as the toilet paper hits the water, it softens considerably - therefore clogging was not a problem.

I really enjoyed this product and have now switched over to a new brand. The price is a little high - but I think its worth it.

I tried this through the product review club. I usually use Charmin and this toilet paper was very different - much thicker and more absorbant for sure. I thought it was quite soft, but the thick texture was really thick - this was the only thing that would take some getting used to (almost like a thick paper towel). Even though the rolls are big, the thick factor makes you go through it faster... I probably will stick to my usual brands, but it was soft!
