Normally, Cottonelle is a great brand. This product isn't.

I'm getting down to the end of this pack of 12 double rolls, and in all honesty, I can't wait to be finished. This is a high quality toilet paper, I'll give it that much. It's soft, effective, thick, and easy to use. However - and this is the reason I hate this product so much - the design of each new roll. It's horrendously difficult to start a new roll; the end is so glued down that the user has to dig for it, removing several layers in the process. It's tremendously frustrating for me, a normal consumer, so I can't imagine how a disabled consumer would fare with it...
