Good but...

Most whole grain breads are good 4 the body. This bread is tasty and fills u up for a long time as per protein content and fiber. It is on the pricey side @ the supermarket. It is is high in calories which is y i usually don't buy. Tasty yes, high in nutrients yes, but high in calories.
If your not calorie counting then great product.

Gave intestinal problems

I tried to get help after I ate this bread and became unwell. The company was supposed to test the bread, but just brushed off my concerns as food sensitivities. Make sure you don't eat more than three slices per day. That way you won't exceed the manganese and molybdenum limits per day.

Love it!

This bread is great! Very fresh taste, love the slight taste of honey. Oats add as great texture.

Price is very reasonable - plus often there are coupons you can combine with sales to get a better deal.

Product freezes great for about a month or two. After that the crust does go stale when unfrozen.

Oats & Honey - Country Harvest bread is very good, and for breads, very healthy ingredients.
For 1 slice it has 2 gram of fat, 110 calories, 3 grams of fibre, 5 gram of protein ( which is a great amt ) and 2 grams of sugar.
I found that this bread has a nice texture, and a really nice flavor of honey and whole wheat. The oats are mainly on the top part of the bread.
It is also very reasonable priced.

This Is the bread I always buy. It is a great price, tastes amazing and the first ingredient is whole grain wheat including the germ, which is important to look for if you want real whole wheat bread.

My favourite healthy bread

I really like the soft texture of this bread. It is not grainy and tastes good plain or toasted. I like it for sandwiches and just plain butter. It is not overly sweet despite the honey. It is good for the whole family. You won’t know by taste that you are eating healthy bread.

delicious and nutritious

Generally speaking I prefer to make my own bread so that I know what ingredients are going into it since I have a sensitive stomach, but Country Harvest makes some of the few loaves that don't bother my stomach. Thanks to their natural ingredients and dedication to healthy eating, I can confidently buy a loaf of their bread and know that I'm getting a quality product.

Me and my family rarely ever eat any other bread, it’s our favourite out of anything it’s soo good ! I definitely recommend it to people who like different breads other than white !

Country Harvest Oats & Honey bread is so yummy! It is packed full of flavour, nice and soft and the perfect size slice for sandwiches or toasted with pb&j;or honey. It is a little on the expensive side but the price is worth the quality and you certainly get what you pay for. Nice fresh, filling bread.
