I cannot say enough good things about Country Heat. I purchased this DVD pack, and have spent over 30 days regularly challenging myself, keeping up with it, dancing it out, turning up the music, sweating it off, and having a blast while doing it!! I am down 9.5" so far and 3.5 lbs. I am starting another 30 days of it on Monday.
If you love to dance, then I totally recommend trying Country Heat.
