Best matte, full coverage foundation ever!!

Personllay, I have very oily skin, so this foundation is perfect for me, as it has a beautiful matte finish. It is also super full coverage and long lasting throughout the entire day. 10/10 would recommend for anyone with oily skin who’s looking for a long wearing foundation. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who’s looking for a full coverage foundation to cover up acne, dark spots, discoloration and blemishes. 10/10 would buy over and over again. Absolutely love this product.

Perfect Foundation for Oily Skin in the Summer

This has become my new go-to foundation in the summer time. Every foundation I used in the past just couldn't hold up in the heat and humidity of southern Ontario. I had heard about this one being 'sweatproof' and boy, is it true! This foundation holds up so well after hours of wear. Every foundation I've ever worn breaks up after about 6 hours, but this one looks perfect even after 10 hours of wear. I have super oily skin so it works perfectly for me, and remains mattified throughout the day -- I don't even have to blot!

My only problem is that it dries down almost instantaneously. You really have to work fast with this stuff -- don't dot it all over your face thinking you will be able to blend it out! I work a section as a time, blending with my fingers. I find that it doesn't layer super well and sometimes has a tendency to pill off if you try too many times. But overall I absolutely love this stuff and don't mind the quick dry down time. I don't think this would look great on dry skin as I think it'd suck any oil or moisture out of it, but perfect for oily!

New HG Foundation!

My new holy grail foundation for sure. I was told to stay away from this as I have dehydrated skin - but I don’t find it is that drying as long as you properly moisturizer and use a hydrating primer. I love the finish on this as it dries down to a nice matte but still showing some glow where your face is naturally highlighted. The coverage I would say is medium almost full but very buildable. It wears great even on nights out and I don’t find I have to set it if I don’t want to. For the price point, (~52 CAD) I’ve honestly only been using it when going out and not as an every day foundation as it would run out much quicker. I may repurchase solely on the fact that it does not break me out and looks amazing without creasing after long periods of time.

This is my go to foundation for daily wear. I love how you can build it up or down based on how much coverage you need! I have acne prone skin and it doesn’t make it worse! Better yet, the lovely staff at Sephora matched my skin color perfect!

Great foundation

This is the foundation range that has the best colour match for me. I am G40 in the summer and G30 in the winter. The coverage is at least medium and the finish is natural, not too heavy. My combo skin doesn’t get oily as the day goes on

Foundation that lasts and lasts

Cover FX PowerPlay Foundation is a medium to full coverage foundation that is perfect for normal to oily skin types. It has a matte finish and dries down transfer proof. It never looks cakey or like you have a bunch of makeup on and comes in the most amazing shade range and range for undertones. The only thing I am not 100% crazy about is the packaging. It is plastic and perfect for travel but it has a little top that you are supposed to squeeze the product out of but it doesnt come off so you can not get all the product out when it is almost gone. Other than that this is such a perfect foundation.

Good product full coverage

Good for my redness and dark circles! There are many different shades so a good range for all different skin tones! I'm shade P20 I have cool undertones and it has a seamless blend with my beauty blender some green primer

Great oily skin foundation

This is like a more comfortable version of Estée Lauder DoubleWear foundation.
• medium-full coverage
• easily applied with brush or sponge (unlike ELDW which I have to apply with sponge)
• feels comfortable and flexible on the skin
• maintains coverage even if I scratch my face (lightly), rub my face on my jacket, etc.
• longwearing

The only con for me was that instead of breaking down, it began to crack around my mouth and chin, giving me a lizard skin effect whenever I moved my mouth
