*Maltodextrin- although considered to be a carbohydrate, it is understood to be more easily digested than some other forms of carbs, leaving behind less of the potential for health issues. During the cooking process, natural enzymes and acids help break down the starch even further. The end result is a simple white powder that contains roughly 4 calories per gram and extremely small amounts of fiber, fat, and protein."

Yep, I love salty snacks. And potato chips. Often I will make my own, but I am a sucker for Covered Bridge. I love that they are (pretty much) local, operated out of New Brunswick.
