I am not a fan of this blush. I find it to powdery and I found it had to be reapplied throughout the afternoon evening, just to freshen up my look. I found it very hard to find a color to match my skin tone, so that first was a big turn off. I don''t like the texture of this product, or how it spreads on my skin. I love Cover Girl, but this one is not for me.
Love it!! i use thins stuff daily. They have great colors to choose from. Just wish the price wasn't so much. But that's ok because it's worth every penny.
Been using this blush for years and love it. I like the scent of it and find it does a great job with my skin.
I like CoverGirl blush, great price depends where you shop. Works just as well as department or big name brands.
Its not the worst but not the best of blushes. It's cheap so its a good go-to product. I find that the colour only lasts for a short amount of time and then disappears. Don't like the little applicator brush. Cover Girl should eliminate the brush and increase the size of the actual blush.
I have been a cover girl fan since I was a teen. I have very sensitive skin, and tend to breakout when wearing most make up, but I find the cover girl cheekers colour lasts all day, and does not clog my pours.
I do use my own big brush to apply the blush, but I love the colour selections and the light weight with a hint of sparkle that comes in these blushes.
I guess with Covergirl Cheekers Blush it is a matter of personal opinion. I've read the previous reviews on this product and from the reviews I purchased it. I did not like this blush at all. I found the colour to be too pink for my light skin tone. I found it to be a harsh blush that took me a lot of effort to blend in. Although I do like Covergirl products, this is not one that I would recommend.
I'm sure many would agree with me - This brand of blush works just as well as high-end blushes.
I personally love Brick Rose and Deep Plum! With Brick Rose, I like to layer my blushes - Lately I've been using Brick Rose first, and then Deep Plum or Benefit Coralista on top.
If you're not concerned about the smell -albeit very subtle- of CoverGirl blushes, then I'd say that these are a must-try!!
I have to wear blush. I am so pale, that I need some color
on my cheeks, nose, and forehead. I have tried expensive
blushes and cheap ones and always come back to Covergirl
Cheekers Fashion Blush. Aside from being inexpensive, they
have a great color selection and the compacts are small
and easily portable. My favorite color is the Iced
Cappuccino, which is a light bronze shade. It's great
to help my skin look tan and healthy. I have been using
it for years and at a price of approximately $2.50 for
0.12 ounces, you can't go wrong.
They offer over 15 shades of Cheekers Blush and some
of the shades are: Brick rose, Classic pink, Coral rose,
Deep rose, Iced cappuccino, Plumberry glow, Pretty peach,
Rock N'Rose, Rose silk, Sierra sands, Snow plum (very light),
Soft sable, True plum, and Wild raspberry (dark!). The shades
are beautiful and even the dark ones don't look to heavy
when applied.
I use the blush after applying my Cover Girl foundation
and powder combo. I use a large blush brush and smile as
I apply the blush on my cheekbones, nose, and forehead. I
blend upwards and outwards on my cheeks. I don't use a lot,
but make sure it is well blended. I then apply some loose
powder over it to set it.
The color looks really natural on my fair skin and like I
have a sun kissed appearance. It looks even better after
I use a self tanner on my face. The color blends in nicely
and looks smooth. It stays on all day without reapplication.
It even looks like for a more casual look when swept over
the eyelids instead of using eye shadow. I apply it with
my finger on the lids. I have even applied it to my lips
and them added a clear lip gloss on top. The color is
great!
The Cheekers Blush is dermatologist tested and the top
ingredients are as follows: Talc, Oat Flour, Mineral
Oil, Kaolin, Zinc Stearate, Fragrance, Polyoxymethylene
Urea, Quaternium-15, Eucalyptus Oil, Sodium Dehydroaceate,
Camphor, Menthol, Propylparaben, Clove Oil, Methylparaben,
BHT, Mica, Titanium Dioxide.
You can purchase this Cover Girl blush and other products
from your local drugstore. I have also found better prices
on drugstore websites such as Planetrx and drugstore.com.
It's hard to determine which color is best for you unless
you see it up close at the store. For the price, it's
worth it to try out many shades and use the ones best
for the occasion. I sometimes use a brighter shade for
going out in the evening.
Covergirl also carries other types of blushes, the Classic
color believable blush and the Instant cheekbone contouring
blush. I still love the Cheekers the best. I would recommend
it to anyone who like to try different shades and doesn't like
to spend a lot.
I don't use blush too much as I tend to blush on my own. But I do say that this product is one I like to use every now and then. My definite favorite out of the blushes. It goes on nice and airy and there seem to be a lot of different shades for the different complexions.
