A nice light gel moisturizer

It has a light fresh scent. A light gel
consistency. It soaks in fast and didn't pill
under makeup. I had no reaction to it although I only had a one day sample.

As light as air

Having sensitive skin, it’s tricky to find moisturizers that keep me hydrated without feeling heavy or irritating my skin. Where other lightweight creams seem to only moisturize me for and hour or so, this cream managed to keep me hydrated well into the night, in winter! I had a few dry spots and they seemed to go away in the few days I used this cream. I was actually so impressed…

Love the texture

While I did enjoy the texture and the feel of it on my skin, the smell was to overwhelming for me. It left my feeling hydrated and feeling fresh. My makeup went on great on top of it.

It was okay!

I personally found this weightless water cream to be comparable to a lot of others on the market. I didn’t feel there was anything particularly special about the formula. It was light weight, not thick or greasy, and it did hydrate the skin, but I personally plan to stick with another brand.

Nice Feel and light

This cream has a very light and whipped texture. The smell is not very strong which I like as I do not like strong smells on my facial products. It goes on a little sticky, but dries quickly without that sticky feeling. My skin did not look or feel greasy after. Overall it was ok but because it was a one time sample use, its hard to determine if I would buy this in the future as I wasen't able to test it for a long period of time.

Meant for 20-30 year olds

I wouldnt say my skin feels REALLY nourished after this, but it is nice and light for under my moisturizer (day or night time) . If youre looking for something quick drying, this could be your calling.

Small quantity to evaluate effectiveness

As a new member of #Butterly I got this free #COVERGIRL product for my honest review. My first concern is that the sample I have received is so tiny (1,5ml) that I couldn't make a real test of it. I had bearly enough for 2 nights, because I used it as a night cream. Pleasantly suprized by the scent & texture that is like a gel that quickly penetrates the skin. Very silky sensation. Fresh soft scent just like a cucumber, I find. Like I mentioned I would have liked to receive a couple of 1,5ml samples to really test it for more than 2 nights in a row. I didn't see results in such a short time frame. I have rated 2 stars but only because I didn't get the use the product long enough. I have dry skin and found that it quenched my skin on application, but when I woke up the next day, didn't feel like my skin was hydrated enough. Maybe because of my age I am 53 years old. I would need more hydratation at night. It is worth the try though. I might buy the full size and really test it. I would recommend for younger skin, most probably.

Great Lightweight Moisturiser

The product is really nice. Pleasant scent, lightweight and nongreasy. My skin felt hydrated, smooth and not the least bit greasy. I will definitely look into this product when the time comes to purchase my next face cream.

Great new product from covergirl

I received a sample of the new covergirl clean fresh skincare, weightless water cream, so I could share my first impressions. It has a nice subtle fresh scent and a nice texture. It was super easy to apply and absorbed pretty quickly. It definitely goes on a little thick so it’s perfect for a moisturizer + primer as it claims. I applied it right after having a shower because that’s when my skin is the most dry and I really wanted to test this out. I love that it’s cruelty free and vegan to include a wider demographic. Good job covergirl!
