It was nice

I received this sample of new @covergirl Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream from free from @chickadvisor in exchange for my honest review.

I'm honestly a bit disappointed as usually the idea is to receive a full sized product so you can test it fully for a longer period of time and give an full honest review, but I guess beggers can't be choosers. I was excited to try this product because of the ingredients and the price point.

The product itself is light blue in colour and is a slightly thicker gel like moisturizer. It is silky, not sticky and applies evenly with a small amount of product. It absorbs completely and has a pleasant scent.

As the product was not large enough to adequately test for long term efficacy and benefits I cannot review it completely, but it left my skin feeling adequately hydrated and dewy in appearance without being greasy.

Nice Product but…

Product had nice texture, hydrated well and skin stayed hydrated but since the simple was only tiny and for one use it’s difficult to give a real review.

Feels pretty nice

It feels like an okay cream, hard to review it with such a small sample size and one time use. The consistency is almost like a thinner Vaseline, but it glides on the face well.

Refreshing Lightweight Cream

I received a sample of the Covergirl Clean Fresh Skincare Weightless Water Cream in exchange for my honest opinion. I was happy with the sample I received. The cream felt lightweight and was refreshing. The sample was only enough for one use, I will purchase a full size to better test it.

So soft!

Was able to try this #freeproduct from #ChickAdvisors of the Covergirl Water Cream. It smells nice and very soft on the skin afterwards. It dries up fast and doesn’t leave any stickiness.

Light weight hydrating cream

Very lightweight non greasy cream. It felt very hydrating on skin and nice light scent.
Unfortunately it broke my skin out, otherwise great product!

Great lightweight cream

Thank you very much for this sampling opportunity! I received CoverGirl's Weightless Water Cream with cactus water (1.5ml).

Rating: 4/5

Texture - Water cream is very lightweight and has a light blue hue. It wasn't oily or sticky.

Coverage - A little does go a long way.

Absorption - It absorbed very well into the skin and did not feel tacky to the touch.

Feel - Left my skin feeling hydrated and dewy. Skin was soft all day.

Scent - It had a nice light scent that was not overpowering.

Pros - Contains hyaluronic acid. Cream is vegan and cruelty free. Advertised as 90% naturally derived ingredients.

Cons - Unfortunately, it was a small sample so I can't comment on longer use. It advertised 72 hour hydration, which might be true, but I wash my face twice a day so I can't comment on the accuracy of this statement.

Overall, it was a nice and light water cream.

Nice

Very light weight cream, feels nice on my face but stings alot on open wounds if you have any. Sample size though so couldn't really feel the full effect of the product.

Finally Covergirl goes vegan!

As a vegan, I have been waiting for big skincare corporations to offer us customers products that are cruelty free. I am therefore really happy to try this product. I like the texture of it, it makes my skin soft and well hydrated. I might buy it, depending on its price and availibility where I shop.
