Pleasantly surprised

I was pleasantly surprised by this eyeliner. It is highly pigmented, lasts long and has a very fine tip. This is a great eyeliner if you're trying to achieve the perfect cat eye look.

Beginners tool

First time I try to apply, I found very easy. The fine tip really helps to go where you want to. The color is dark wet black, but when it dries turned out a very matte color. It has easy to clean, the formula comes off easily.

Worst Eyeliner Ever

I was selected to try the Cover Girl Get In Line Liquid Eyeliner for free in exchange for my honest opinion and I was unfortunately not blown away. The only thing that I really enjoyed about this eyeliner is the pigment and the fact that the black is a strong, beautiful matte black. The color really does look amazing and bold, but the application is difficult for several reasons and the smell is incredibly chemically and overpowering. First, the applicator handle is very thin and my fingers wrap too much around it that it is hard to apply. You need to have really steady hands in order for this to work for you. Second, the applicator is incredibly thin (0.1MM feather-fine tip) which makes it SO unbelievably wispy and flimsy. It was near impossible for me to create a straight, even line... let alone a winged eye. Trying to fix errors is also impossible because the color goes on so unevenly. The eye liner stays on all day which is great, however with the way that it looks... I am not sure I want it to.

Get in a Runny Line

Well I only gave it a 4 because I don’t know if it was the eyeliner or me that kept making the product seep below my eye rim and underneath my eye very unevenly. I would say I have a steady hand and I can apply liquid eyeliner fairly well; it seemed that maybe the product was a bit too runny vs. others I have used. I do like the look but I will constantly worry about it running underneath my eye, so I will be checking a mirror quite frequently.

New favorite!

I recently got this and I can say it’s my new favorite. It’s not expensive, its very dark, goes on smooth and STAYS! I cried one night after seeing my grandfather after 5 years and it never budged!
