I am always trying new mascaras as I have small short lashes and found this one to be of better quality .. usually do not like COver girl products but was told to try this and much to my surprise it is a superior one .. worth the money ,, !!

This is for EXTREME lashes! I like the Step 1 side (extreme volume basecoat) for its fine brush. I feel it really separates the lashes well. I wold use this as a daily mascara.

The Step 2 (intensifying top coat) is exactly that - intense! It goes on very thick and takes awhile to dry, so when I put my glasses on and happen to blink, it has been known to get on the inside of my lenses.

I also had a hard time getting it off at the end of the night. I first used a makeup remover wipe then an Olay 2-in-1 Daily Facial wipe and there was still clumps of mascara left behind. I sleep with a sleep mask so the next morning, I had a bit of a raccoon eye situation going on.

I’d say it does indeed give you volume and very dark lashes but it takes something more than a plain facial wipe to remove. Not sure I would buy it myself without investing in a better makeup remover.

Overall I dislike this product as eyelashes become very hard. It is very difficult to remove this product. It does not work any better than the original lashblast, not worth it.

I was excited to try out this product because I had read mixed reviews about it, so I wanted to see for myself how it really was. There's two steps. One is for volume and two is to intensify. So I did the first step and my eyelashes looked longer and thicker I then went ahead and did step two which made them pop. The two "bad" things I have to say about this mascara is that when I opened up the tube it had a smell to it, it wasn't bad nor was it good, it was just a smell. Also, I would not mind if the wants were a little longer...but then the tube itself would be huge! Overall I was pleased with this product. I like this mascara I'll most likely purchase it again, the removal was easy, I used my Mary Kay makeup remover and it wiped right off.

I received this free to try and I actually quite liked it. I'm not really sure why the 2 steps were needed as a lot of CG's other mascara works basically the same and only have 1 brush. I have a few favorite mascaras and a ton of 'drugstore go-to' mascaras when I can't afford my faves....this one will be yet another one in the list I will consider at the ds.

I recently purchased the "Covergirl BOMBSHELL Volume Mascara. This dual chamber madcara has one applicator for achieving volume when you apply the first coating.You then have another chamber and brush that Intensifies for the dramatic look and seals gor dark and lasting coverage to your eyelashes.

I used the chamber labeled "1" for during the daytime and for a natural look, and would use both "1" and "2" for a more dramatic effect in the evening if I was planning to go out for a more glamorous look.

I found that upon pulling out the lashbrush, that the mascara would be a little gobbed on the applicator brush until I gently dabbed it off on a tissue. Asside from that I did truely like the fact that it didnt go on clumpy and that it gave me the overall look that I was desiring.

I probably won't opt to buy this in the future, and I am still going to use the remaining product just until I finish it.

They need to make the container so that it wipes off more of this product so that the liquid doesn't excessively coat the brush applicator.

I got this as a trial and was blown away! I have a go to Mascara but this took a very close second! I loved that it didn't clump and look all spider-like LOL

I am now a Bombshell thanks to 1- start applying to add volume 2- finish applying lashes for a beautiful finish .Enhance to open up those beautiful eyes. Easy to apply and will last all day into the evening.

This mascara makes your lashes explode!! Thick, dark & long-your eyes will pop. It did take me a few days to get the hang of using a new brush, but once I did it worked great.

Personally I don't understand this 2 step process at all. It is literally like putting on coat upon coat of mascara. (I really miss the PRIMER duo - much more effective). It is thick, my lashes clumped together and it just looked horrible.
Plus the handles are HUGE - extremely hard to maneuver and very awkward.
