Here is a recap of my life as of late. I am pregnant with my second child, and I am a stay at home mom to a very busy toddler! Plus, I have been suffering from the worst cold of my life. Needless to say, I have not been looking my best.

My son's friend had her 1st birthday party this past sunday, and as I looked in the mirror I could not believe how horrible I looked - exhausted was the main idea. Since I needed to look semi presentable, I thought now would be the time to break out the Lashblast. Well, I have one word - WOW! I can't believe how long my lashes got! I actually felt the mascara lengthen my lashes. They coated my lashes in such an expert manner and expanded them like crazy! They even grabbed the tiny side lashes so effectively.

I am super impressed and will not be returning to my old mascara any time soon!

I received CoverGirl Lashblast Length Mascara in the mail last week and have been using it daily! Previously I only used Clinique or Maybelline on my lashes! What I liked about CoverGirl Lashblast was the fact that upon application there were no clumps AND when it was time to take off the mascara I didn't have to deal with smudges and repeat washing to get it off! Did it make my lashes longer? YES! I love how natural it looks on my lashes and how it really 'opens up' my eyes! Mascara is another product that I'm willing to spend $15 plus on but now that I've tried Covergirl Lashblast and had such great results I'll be using this in the future. It gives me a much more natural look than the other products I've used and that's why I like it so much. I prefer natural looking lashes as opposed to the ones that are so obviously caked with mascara and you can't beat the price for under $10 dollars!

I received this product as part of the product review club. Overall it is a good mascara, in my opinion. It is not the best I've ever tried, but considering it is a 'drug store' brand, I found the results quite satisfactory. It comes in a nice container, clean lines and a clean bright color, which I really liked and I found suited the mascara. The brush was really neat, it came without being in the package and what I found to be really impressive was that I stuck the clean brush into the mascara and pulled it back out and it went from being clean and yellow to being fully perfectly coated in black mascara. I just thought, wow, will it do that to my lashes? It did, really. This mascara does what it claims to do. It lengthens the lashes. It lightly coated my lashes and lengthened them without adding much volume at all. I found I wanted to put on several coats because of the lack of volume, which I am not used to, but I found that no matter what my lashes were not getting thicker but just longer. This mascara creates very natural looking lashes that are not at all dramatic but rather just 'pretty' and light. If you are a person who prefers to use little makeup, this mascra could become your best friend. It enhances, but to natural standards. This mascara, personally didn't have enough drama for my tastes, but that is simply because I prefer the volume to be added to the length(I have thin and short lashes). This product doesn't outdo specialty brands, but for the price, I would advise anyone that doesnt have money to freely toss around to opt for this product rather than the $26 alternative that only does a slightly better job. Generally you get what you pay for, but with this I would say you get more than what you pay for, in a great way. If you want a natural looking mascara that will enhance your short lashes and wont empty out your piggy bank, I would very much suggest this mascara.

As I've been reading people had some great success with this product, but unfortunatly, I didn't. The mascara itself came in an attractive tube and the packaging was average. The first coat i put i was expecting that dramatic "omg" its so long length, but instead i got an average size of length that you could basically get from any other type of mascara. yes, the product did go on smoothly, no clumps, and i saw no flaking through out the day whatsoever, but I wish that it would increasingly make my lashes longer.
all in all, for me i wouldn't buy this product again for myself as i have curled lashes so it doesn't work well bu I would say it defines them.

this in my opinon is for someone who has straight lashes. great for them, just not for me.

This is just one of the reasons why I love Chickadvisor so much! This mascara was a pure treat!

The first thing I did as soon as I opened the package was test out the goods on my boyfriend. He has really short but thick black lashes. The mascara went on really smooth and I'm sure for a man who has never really worn makeup before he was a little nervous. There were no clumps and it was really quick and easy to apply. After I put on a couple of quick coats there wasn't too much of a difference. I think because he has such short lashes to begin with there was nothing really lengthen.

As for myself I tried the mascara the same night while getting ready to go out for the night. The design of the tube is really thin and sleek yet simple. The brush is a lot longer than any mascara i've ever tried and it gave a lot of coverage which was good. The only downside of the brush was that was blunt on the tip instead of tapering down. It was a little hard to get into the corners of the lids.

Overall the look of the lashes were amazing. It separated each lash giving a really thin and natural coat to each lash. There were absolutely no clumps (i've never experienced that before). Most importantly it made my lashes look longer and more defined. They didn't look at all like I had makeup on, which is super important to me to have my makeup look as natural as possible. Even though I wear thick plastic rimmed glasses (which is the first thing everyone notices when they look at my face) my boyfriend noticed my lashes right away without me even asking about it. He said they look more "defined and separated". This is really REALLY good as I'm sure every woman knows that it is rare for a man to notice little things like eyelashes on the woman he sees everyday.

Best mascara I have ever tried. I highly recommend it. Will definitely buy again.

it adds great length, and the tube is pretty... the brush is wonderful, i had no problems putting it on, it creates soft lashes without and clumps...you have got to try it..you will love it :)

I was lucky enough to receive this product free of charge to review as part of the ChickAdvisor product review club. I was so happy when I found out I was chosen because I had heard a lot about this much anticipated mascara. Cover Girl Lash Blast Length is packaged in a thin yellow tube (completely opposite from Lash Blast in the fat orange tube) and contains an appropriate thin but long and bristled brush as yet again opposed to Lash Blast fatter and shorter brush.

The first time trying this product I found I did not like that the brush does not taper to a fine point at the end as other mascaras do. I have a hard time reaching my inner corner lashes and with this it was no easier. This product does deliver length to the lashes, as supposed to, but I find I like my usual Maybelline Define-A-Lash better. I think it is the brush in Define-a-Lash that I prefer over lash blast length. But to be honest no one was able to tell the difference if I was wearing a new mascara or not. The formula for Lash blast length is also dryer than define-a-lash, which produces a much glossier finish.

So my advice is if you are looking for a new mascara, lash blast length is a nice one to try out, but if you have trouble maneuvering a long brush about your eyes maybe go for original lash blast. I wouldn't go out and buy this mascara just because it is new to the market and promises great length. Stick with your usual mascara.

The brush makes a very easy application. It is a long brush, yet it's not too fat. So it really defines each of your lashes. I really truly love this mascara, it makes my eye lashes look gorgeous!

Even though I just put this Mascara on, I will have to see what it's like throughout the day, but I am sure it will do what it says! :

No flakes. No breaks. JUST EXTREME LENGTH!

I love trying new makeup products and willing to give just about anything a chance so I was so excited ChickAdvisor sent me a Free CoverGirl Mascara in the mail!
I definitely agree with others when they say it gave them a natural look. I found that it took many coats of CoverGirl to get my lashes to look noticeable though.
I like the wand and the mascara definitely didn't clump but I found that the application was way too light for my liking. After several coats the end result wasn't bad but I didn't love this Mascara. There was nothing really special about it. It's good for a quick and easy mascara when you're on the go.
Will I keep using it? Yes....it's nice for day wear to work but I wouldn't wear it for a night out on the town.
I'll keep buying my two favorites: Rimmel and L'Oreal.
