I really like this mascara and have been a repeat customer of Covergirl for a while now:) I love that it has glitter cuz I find that it really makes my eyes pop. My only complaint is that it tends to flake a little by the end of the day. But, overall I really like it and it is a great find for the price. I would recommend this!!

I really like this mascara it lengthens and seperates my lashes just perfect. It doesnt go on thick and you can layer it many times to get the desired fullness with out that clumpy look.

After reading a few reviews and talking to friends that used this product, I decided to try the basic black mascara. I didn't want to bother with a tint that wasn't going to show up.

Overall, this mascara is alright. It wasn't the best I'd ever tried, nor was it the worst. my lashes still could be longer and brighter.

I bought LashBlast Luxe last weekend in Black Royale (tinted blue) after hearing a lot of hype over it and the original LashBlast. My friend who wouldn't stop recommending it bought the Black Cabernet (tinted red) and she told me that you don't really notice the tint or shimmers; Unlike most people, that didn't really bother me too much.
What I loved: I love the versatility!! During the day, I really prefer my make up to look some what natural, and although some people may not agree with me, but I find that if I apply one coat, my lashes look fairly natural. I have naturally long and thick lashes, so the biggest pain for me is seperation and curl. This mascara does both for me (but it doesn't curl them insanely so that I get mascara on my eye lid, which is a major plus!). Also, if you apply 2 or 3 coats, you can get that falsies look, although sometimes if you're not careful you'll look spider-eyed.
What I didn't like: There's not a whole lot that I didn't like. Depending on how well I apply, I might get a tiny bit of clumping, but nothing hard to fix. Just for arguments sake I'll also mention the lack of shimmer, although like I said before, it didn't really matter to me. Perhaps if you have blond lashes the shimmer might appear more?
So all in all, I loved this mascara. I now know what all the rave was about this, and I would and have recommended it to everyone who asks about it.

I bought this at wal-mart for around $7 i think, and was REALLY excited to use it because of how well the first one was. i liked how this one had a hint of shimmer color of your choice. but when i put it on i didn't relize what they ment when they said a HINT. You can see it in the light but other than tht its like the BIG ORANGE mascara. which means it still works really well in my opinon. i really do like it and i think i will continue buyin it! :P (Ps i have the blue shimmer)

Just bought the new Lash Blast Luxe after loving the original "orange monster" :P I liked the idea of a hint of shimmer and colour in my mascara, but after applying - I have realized there really is not that much of a noticeable difference than the original. Find it to be a bit more dry/flaky than the original - so for the minimal amount of shimmer, I would not recommend this, and would stick to the classic.

I was really excited about this mascara since it's suppose to sparkle. i bought black emerald and was kind of disappointed. To start of with the formula is just like the original lashblast. I'm okay with the formula, i don't love it, i don't hate it. It did an average job as an mascara. I love stuff that sparkles and this masacara didn't really deliver what it promises. There were tiny specks of sparkles but it wasn't noticeable, up close or from far away. It was a good alternative to have as a softer colored masacara. But since i like my masacaras dark and dramatic, this didn't really do the trick for me. If you want something subtle, this will do the trick.

I got this product in a gift bag and love love it. THe brush is perfect for my eyes. It's really stubby but great at defining lashes with no clumps. If you're going for length you'll need a couple of applications. If you want a quick brush on before the gym or running errands this is perfect. I layer for a night out so I can get it darker and longer. But I'll do a couple quick swips in the morning as part of my work routine.

I read the below post after my review and had no idea there was sparkles in the mascara. Clearly it's a failed product!
