i really like this mascara because of the volume it gives my lashes but the legnth it gives is lacking. i would still recommend it because of the great price!

This is one of my favorite mascaras!!! when i first used it i didn't like it all that much, but now i love it! i guess i must have done a bad job applying when i first tried it cause it seperats and lengthens my lashes just how i like them!! Its best with 2 coats, but u dont have to worry about clumps with this type of bristles, all and all- well done covergirl! :)

I've used this product several times now and overall like it. I guess I still don't have down the curling technique however. I've been off chemo for four months now, and my lashes aren't yet as long as they use to be, but this mascara does the job and makes them look nice and long. The only drawback for me is the large handle. Makes me feel like I'm about to drop the wand, but with each use, I'm getting better with it. This is a product I will keep using and recommend.

Oh, Cover Girl, why bright orange?! ...Hmmm...probably so I can find it easier in the makeup bag.
But this mascara is so good, I could never lose it. It volumizes, offers a hefty amount of curl and makes my long, spindly lashes long and plump. They are thicker, bigger, sexier. They're rubinesque!! (Funny how what we want for our lashes is the OPPOSITE of what we want for our bodies?!) The big, porcupine-like brush may seem a little intimidating, but after you see what it can do for your lases--sans curlere nonetheless!--you shall never fear porcupines again. This will be your new best friend.
When CG first launched this mascara, I know Makeup Alley (a review site) went gaga over it and the boards where rocketed into havoc over LashBlast. Everyone wanted, searched and basically HAD to have the amazing halloween orange mascara.
Months later, I still understand why. Is it so amazing that you should get into a fist fight with someone else over the last tube? ...Um, no. (Legal charges could be drawn up, my dear.) Will you ditch your Shu curler? Maybe.
What this mascara won't do: completely rid you of clumps, create lashes from a lashless lid (just put the falsies on!), stay on forever (unless you get the waterproof version--but then you will sacrifice a bit of volume and curl).
If you do get the waterproof version, keep in mind that it goes on thinner than the original and you'll need your curler beforehand for the same amazing results.
And, unless your uber blond hair is platiunum, don't bother with the "Brown" shade. It's way too light. Stick to Black/Brown for a natural look (yes, even with this mascara!) and black for a more "wow!" look. Sometimes you can find a "Glossy Black" or "Blackest Black"...they appear to be a bit more blue-black if you like that look.
Ultimately, go for it!

I have this mascara in the waterproof version, so keep that in mind. This is a really great mascara for the price point. It does a fantastic job separating, volumizing, and elongating lashes with the big wand. You get big lashes, yet they are cleanly defined, like they are still yours.

You know you want to try this mascara! Don't worry, I won't tell those aren't your real lashes. :)

This product was incredible! It's much easier to glide through your lashes than ordinary mascaras, didn't clump at all and really curled them. And, of course, gave me lots of volume. Love it.

I read amazing reviews about this product from different blogs, but I was hesitant to use something new when I already had a MAC mascara that I liked. When I got this at the Shop Crawl loot bag, I was uber excited to try it out.. and it seems to be a unanimous decision amongsts my friends on how great this mascara is. For the price you pay, it works really great - dare I say better than some high end brands?? I love the bold orange colour and the slick wand makes this product as unique as its plastic bristles. This is a definite YES for me and I am going to buy another one when mine runs out!

I like this mascara quite a bit, and agree with most of the comments made already by other reviewers. The only thing I'd like to mention is that I don't really like how large the handle of the wand is. I'm used to a skinny handle, and this always feels awkward, like I'm about to drop it. The wand itself though is great - I didn't think I would like such a big applicator, but it works!

Great mascara for a great price. I think it's even better than the Diorshow mascara I have. I actually do a coat of this first, followed by a coat of Loreal Voluminous Carbon black and it looks like I'm wearing falsies.

Since i am a 14 year old girl, and dont have a job, this mascara is expensive. BUT luckily my mommie needed the mascara too so she bought it :) I was SOOOO impressed with it. NO chunks. NO flakes. It makes your eyelashes acctually look naturally black/brown/blue (whatever you want). Plus it even gives you a bit of a curl. It's so incredibly useful. The packaging (the bright orange and all) makes you really want to use it! it's so fun! i personally like the big wand. It works & it helps. BUY THIS. you wont be sorry.
