Ok lip stain

Let me start off by saying it’s ok as I noticed the pigment was good didn’t rub off easily but for somebody with dryer lips even makes it not so comfortable as I had to apply some lip balm over but the price is good if your looking for a product that is mid range!

Not a lipstain I'd recommend

This product works well as a lipstain - it certainly lasts all day. However, it does dry your lips out alot and that is a big turnoff for me. It basically means I can't wear it more than 2 days in a row before my lips start peeling and hurting. I do not recommend this lipstain.

For the effectiveness and quality of this lip stain, the price range is a steal! I have this stain in several shades and I love them all. They're extremely precise felt tipped, color is pigmented but not over pigmented. Lasts long but it does leave lips chapped after several hours. I recommend this to those who love lip stains because of the price and effectiveness.

Color Stayed .. kinda

I wish this stuff was a little better for the price. I recently purchased some red wine colored stuff and was super excited to use it however the first time I used it I found it faded rather quickly and only the outline stayed on all night. Not cute. Upon all of that the brush thing that comes on it was coming apart the first time I used it all over my lips while the stain was drying and leaving fibers behind the stain. NOT CUTE! Won't recommend or buy this again, still on the search for a better lip stain!

dont like it!

First container I bought, it didnt work so i went to return/exchange. Got a new container, and it went on and for a second i thought "ohh this is nice!".. but it made my lips very dry.. wasnt happy with it!

This is my go-to lip product!

Ever since I discovered this lip stain years ago, I have been using it multiple times per week. It delivers as much color as you want (you can layer it to make it darker) and comes in a nice range of shades. It is a little bit drying, but with a quick layer of lip balm all is resolved! Super easy application as well, since it is just a marker.

A great lipstain

The pen is great for lining and filling in color. Great coverage and good selection of colors that work with my skin tone. Looks great matte or with a gloss topcoat!

long lasting

For someone who has an issue with keeping her lipstick in the lines and have it stay, these lipstains have been a life saver. I use them when i know I am going to have a busy day where I cant pay attention and make sure my lips still look good throughout the day. It comes in a variety of fun colors and is smells really good. Id recommend it. It looks great under a gloss to give a pop of color.

it stops lipstick bleeding and helps you get a perfect lip line, can use it alone for a hint of colour with a little lip gloss or use before applying lipstick, love it.

I would buy again

I have a few of these CoverGirl Outlast LipStains. It took a little while for me to get into it wearing it but now that I have I really like them. I basically use it as a base for lipstick or I'll put on some lip gloss on top and you really have long wearing colour. The lip stain does stay on for a long time and can seem drying but either oil or lip gloss can fix that. I am now a big fan.
