CoverGirl Outlast Lip Stain was a great disappointment. The stains i tried ended up being very weird in color on my lips, they looked very synthetic and not good. My major complaint with this product is even with the moisturizer applied, this product really really dried out my lips and made them peel to the point where even lip balm now burns. I am stuck applying vaseline to my lips until they heel. I will never buy this product again. Very disappointed.

The only thing I liked about Cover Girl OutLast LipStain was the color, 450-Scy Plum. But for the rest of the product it was not something that I would purchase again.
It doesnt last very long and as another ChickAdvisor commented it does leave a ring around your lips.( Not very sexy)
I also found the felt tip applicator was hard to apply and it dried out my lips. Not the greatest of lip stains.

I personally didn't like this product, it dried out fast.

I love marker lip stains but this one leaves a bit to be desired. The colour goes on much too dark immediately and the red I have really tastes and smells like that fake vampire blood you used when you were 12 on Halloween. I find the colour soaks into the creases on your lips and resists elsewhere. It's ok with a lip balm or gloss on top (which makes it impossible to reapply the stain), but alone it is much too sticky and drying. also with a balm or gloss on top it will come off. Not the greatest stain.

I was so disappointed in this product. I feel like I paid incredibly too much for the lipstain because it works more as a $2 lip stain. It is literally a marker and I found myself having to shake it repeatedly in order for the color to come out. And when I finally got the color on, it looked as if I had just got done sucking on a popsicle. The color was a lot different than advertised. I would not ever recommend this to anyone even if you are into lip stains. It rubs off way too easly and does not last more than 20 minutes. Pick another lipstain. I wanted this product to work so bad because I needed a good lipstain but CoverGirl just did not deliver this time.

I really wasted my money on this one! I was really excited to try it out when I first heard about it but when I purchased and used it, it was horrible! color comes on uneven and hard to control and made my lips feel dry. I tired it again since I don't like wasting products and this time rubbed most of it off, it looked OK and much more wearable but really at the end of the day..I WASTED PRODUCT! just so i could get some usability out of it. If your looking for a stain I would recommend buy a lipstick and blotting away some of it or if you really really want a stain then opt for Body Shop's I haven't used it before but I've heard good things about it.

I may have gotten a dud, but the one that I bought was very dry... like a magic marker that had been left out with the top off... I got about 3 uses out of it ......... the last being barely visible.... the 1st two were only somewhat visible.

I bought it in Berry Smooch and I must say I wasn't expecting it to be so bold even after blotting right away it did last at least the 4 hours but left lips very dry and you could see the lines as well as stained my finger.
