I was going to buy this product so I can try it out, but after reading the comments i'm not to sure I want to put out money for this.

I'm a bit torn on this lipstain.
At first, I loved it.
Some people mentioned that it dries out your lips, which is true. I expected it to dry out my lips, so that part didn’t faze me.
It’s definitely necessary to use a balm after a lip stain like this.
The applicator is easy to use. It’s like a marker, so you just have to colour your lips!
My problem was that over time it does wear off and when it does it’s not wearing off evenly. It leaves you with a coloured ring around the edges of your lips which looks ridiculous. It’s not easy to get off either! Besides that my only other complaint is that the product dries up quickly, even with proper care.
It’s definitely worth a try though.
I tried it because frankly I was sick of getting lipstick on my teeth.
I might buy it again, I’m not sure. But it’s definitely worth a try :)

I really didn't like this product. The colour transer was poor and it didn't last at all on my lips. I have the Revlon and Maybelline versions and they are much better in my opinion. I would purchase those over this product.

I didn't like this product. The Lip balm end of the wand broke on me the first time I applied it. The color I tried was "just bitten" which was a bright pink and when I applied it, it didn't show up on my lips & I found that this product made my lips very dry. It was cheap but not worth it because I used it once and never again.

I bought a lovely one in a light pink and actually really love it. It gives my lips a nice subtle splash of colour with the marker style making it easy to apply and it stays on all day or night. I just find with most lip stains I have bought I have to apply, keep a tube of clear lip gloss in my purse so my lips don't dry out like crazy. But I always do that anyways since I've always been prone to dry, cracking lips anyways. (Especially in the Winter.) Over all I think it's a good bang for your buck from the drugstore.

I have two, in 400 and 440. One's a Berry Colour, the other is a nice Red. I think the colour stays long for a lipstain but i think the product dries out and it's a sad sight. I've been thinking of purchasing many more. I like the Marker and the size. Its not awkwardly long or wide. I think these are great for everyday wear

I really didn't like these. I was really excited about the concept, but I found that it stained my lips a colour that looked nothing like what it should have. It also was quite drying and peely. Was quite hard to get off my lips, so I went to work with a ridiculous looking mouth

I love the applicator pen. It smells great and dries instantly when you put it on your lips. However, I found it dried my lips to a point they were peeling badly. It also left a color ring around my lips and was hard to take off even with make up remover wipes.

From the other reviews, a lot of people don't think the lipstain is that fantastic, but I LOVE IT!!!! First of all, it smells good, and if you accidentally lick your lips while wearing it, it tastes good too. It stays on for a long time, and makes your lips have more color that really makes them pop.

Tossed up on this one. I like the easy-to-apply pen. I liked that it felt very natural on my lips. I loved the coral colour I bought last year. This year, the one I got dried out faster, and didn't impress me as much. I use this product to layer under glosses which never seem to last on me. For that purpose its very good... to add a bit of intensity to the gloss colour, and to have some colour when the gloss is gone.
