I got this mascara because it was a 2 for 1 deal at my local SuperStore.
The first time I tried it, I had the whole spider lashes going on and clumps in my lashes. I still kept on using it though because I was determined to make it work for me. This mascara takes a couple of uses to get it to work for you. Now that I've used it for a while, I absolutely love it. I use it for my everyday makeup routine, but you can play with it and make it work for night. It does lengthen and volumize my lashes. I reccommend this mascara or sure.
By the end of the day, I do, however, get some flakeness, so that's the down side.
This is my no fail mascara. I’ve tried many brands since my teens but always seem to come back to this one. It’s priced reasonably and it always delivers the same results; making my eyelashes longer and a tad thicker. I find this mascara keeps your eyelashes looking more natural and not clumpy. The only downside is that it does smuge a bit as I tend to tough my eyes a fair bit thoroughout the day. I really like the CoverGirl Professional curved brush.
I've been using this mascara for a long time. I wouldn't exactly consider this "professional", but for the price, it's not bad. It clumps once in a while, but most of the time, it does makes my lashes longer and a bit thicker. "Blackest black" tends to look a bit spider-y if you over apply. But in general, this is decent mascara and I would buy it again.
I want to add that this mascara enhances my eyes a bit, but this is not a mascara for dramatic lashes.
I have tried a multitude of mascaras since I was a teen, and I always come back to this one. My lashes are my pride and joy, and this mascara is better than the "extreme lashes" types. The first time I used it, I thought it was just another normal mascara, but when I used it I was impressed. It goes on thin so it looks natural, but really enhances what you have without being super dramatic. Great for an everyday look, but also for a night out if you are more into a natural look.
The most underrated mascara out there, hands down. Why, do you ask?
Because there's no fancy packaging, commercials, or false promises. It's mascara. It comes in four colours and it'll only cost you $5.00 - $6.00.
I've tried to stray from it's boring exterior, having brief affairs with the "next best thing", but I always come crawling back, wondering why I ever thought something else could be better.
It doesn't flake, with a couple coats it'll give you volume AND length, and with a little help from a lash brush, you'll get the separation everyone's after.
There will never be another
