A good drugstore loose powder!
I started using this when I ran out of my normal setting powder and was unable to repurchase it. This powder does well at keeping me matte throughout the day and is easy to apply and blend out (I use a sponge and then go in with a big fluffy brush). When compared to other drugstore loose powders, you get a lot more product in this one, which is very appealing.
A decent drugstore powder
I got this powder to help set mostly conceler under my eyes and a few other places. It does a good job at this. I didn't have as much creasing as I would have if I hadn't used it.
this product met my expectations and adds a warm tone to set my foundation. the only thing that i didn't like was that the color was to dark and didn't match my skin tone very good.
Great loose powder, sets my foundation perfectly. love the added touch of warmth to my super pale skin. will continue to repurchase each time i run out
I love Cover Girl's loose powder. I had used it for years and always provided all day coverage. Now that I'm older and have went through menopause, I tend to sweat on my face at times. I have to alternate using different loose powders now, based on my needs.
I have used better powder but all in all for the price it's a good buy. I continue to buy it so it's not all bad.
Tried loads of different powders and think among loose powders, Cover Girl is aces. Great value and final finish is fabulous. Highly recommend.
I use this powder in medium to set my make up, blend it better, and to soak up oil and cover shine. It is a great product. It doesn't have any funny smells and it doesn't get streaky. After a long day, especially if you have been sweating a bit you will see some shine however a quick touch up will fix that. Good product, great price.
Allright. So I wanted to 'upgrade' from pressed powders to loose powders for the longest time. So I thought of starting out with this relatively affordable loose powder range. I used the colour planner on the CG website and bought the "Translucent Medium" shade. I definitely find the loose powder to result in a smooth, full-powdered finish, especially after moisturizer/cream foundation. I find that quite a bit of powder has to be shaken on to the puff in order to apply it. This is because the puff is much larger and more absorbent than pressed-powder applicator discs. But overall, I'd give this product a good rating, for the finish.
