I use the COVERGIRL Ready Set Gorgeous Foundation every day for work. Medium coverage but definitely buildable, longer wearing if set with a powder. The finish is beautiful with my combination/oily skin.
I get a lot of compliments when I wear this foundation. Shade matched my natural skin tone very well.

very affordable!

This is a great foundation if you're ever on the go and just need to apply a quick base. It is super affordable and applies easily. It doesnt have the greatest coverage if you're like me and have a lot of redness in your skin, but a few quick layers eventually provides a decent amount of coverage. I typically layer this over a different base to get the coverage I desire, and it always does the trick. The formula is smooth and lasts all day!

Excellent coverage!

This foundation makes me skin look so flawless and beautiful it is lightweight yet offers a very good coverage. Does not make my skin oily or greasy and it lasts all day. Very affordable too!

Not great for oily skin

Not the best covergirl foundation as it doesn't stay on too long. I feel like it breaks up on my face only after a few hours and it looks more greasy than luminous. I set down my foundation with a magnifying powder but it still doesn't stay all that long. I feel like covergirl makes some great foundations but this just wasn't one of them.

Great Foundation For The Price

When I first started out wearing foundation/ experimenting with makeup, this brand was my go to brand. I used it steadily for 2+ years as it is easy to find because it's available in most drugstores, Walmart etc and it is extremely affordable.

PROS:

- Cheap price.
- Easy to use/ blend.
- Buildable.
- Goes on smooth and is not cakey on the face.

CONS:

- Not really a super full coverage foundation.

Depending on personal preference, if you like a full coverage makeup look, then this might not be your go to foundation. But if you are looking for something more lightweight/ natural looking, then this is the perfect foundation for you. And the best part is the affordable price!!!

Not bad!

Not bad for the price. I didn’t find an exact match so I had to blend two, but it left my skin pretty even and covered well. I did find my skin looked a bit oily later on in the day. Decent value

If I were to run out of foundation I would get this one

I actually have a variety of brands and shades tying to find the perfect foundation as I have very severe combination skin. So very dry between my eyebrows leading down my Tzone oily with blackheads and adult acne from my chin to my neck so I just want something that goes well with my powder foundation I like with lasting stay without setting spray. Overall I was very happy it had a natural match to my skin tone. It is one I use regularly now.

I would buy this product over and over again. Well worth it

I have tried many foundations. I went a long period of time not using makeup. But when I started again I bought like 4 different kinds before snagging this product. The ready, set, gorgeous gives you a full coverage. It is not chalky , it is oil free and it does give you a fresh complection. I would highly recommend this product. And the price is amazingly inexpensive. It delivers that photo finish look. Try it. You won't be let down.

Good drugstore foundation

I’ve re purchased this foundation a few times, has decent coverage and doesn’t make you look cakey. Gives a flawless finish and lasts all day. Affordable too :)

Works Well

This product is nice because the packaging is small enough to be able to travel with it. It gives good coverage -- not full but enough to help cover redness. I liked that it was squeezable and could use as much as needed
