Found this on sale ,,
This is another foundation i found in the clearance bin in my local grocery store and since it was in the sale bin i figured that it can't be too good and people weren't buying it which is why it must have been in the sale bin, anyway I brought it home and tried it and I like it but it isn't something I would buy on the regular.
If you don't wear foundation everyday like me, or you switch it up and use a few different ones than this isn't the foundation for you. This has a pump bottle and if you leave it for more than 2 days without pumping some out of it than the stuff in the top of the tip dries out and when you go to pump some out it doesn't come .. so you push and you push and you push than all of a sudden it blows out all over the place, and all over your clothing, face, everything .. this is one of the main reasons i wont buy this stuff again .
I liked the coverage it gave me however it didn't take much of this stuff to make my face look cakey and this isn't a look i go for when buying foundation.
It's not bad, but not great.
Not enough shade variation. Couldn't get an exact match to my skintone. Doesn't blend out as nicely as I would like. However it does cover and provides long all-day wear coverage. For the price, it's great value, it's just not a great product.
Good coverage
I liked this foundation. It did not make my skin look cakey or dry looking. It was not completely matte, which was nice for a change. It has pretty good coverage and it buildable.
Amazing Oil free Foundation
The shade 625 is good because it is not as yellow based as the 645 which I originally tried. The undertone is neutral and pairs well with my olive undertone. I am happy it has a good SPF sun protection of 20. It is full coverage and buildable. I find the best way to apply it is to work in small sections building the product and really working it into the skin using a blender. When applied this way it looks flawless. If it’s not worked into the skin well it will noticeably show how it sits on the skin.
Actually pretty good for a drugstore foundation!
I picked this up on a whim, to try something new for a change. I was actually fairly pleased with the results! I've been using it for roughly a month now, and it's left my skin nice and moisturized which is awesome.
My skin is naturally very dry and sensitive, and this helped to clear up any dry patches I had, without causing any breakouts. The coverage is medium/buildable and I love the added sun protection! Great product for the price.
Decent
This foundation has great coverage and left my skin looking dewy. But I prefer my foundation to be matte, so I use it with setting powder. After a few hours, I noticed that the foundation oxidized on my face. Other than that, it is a decent drugstore foundation.
New favorite added to my collection
I'm sure that everyone has an issue finding their Perfect Color but I have found another perfect match for me and I'm thrilled. The Covergirl vitalist Elixir Foundation kind of smells like sunscreen, but I mean that in a good way. It has SPF 20 sunscreen in it, and also has loads of great vitamins for your skin. It's a decent price for a decent amount. I love the way it feels and I love the way that it perfectly matches my skin tone. Other foundations are always slightly off, not enough for anyone to notice, but I do. This foundation is dead on and I am so excited about it!
